Love the staff. Friendly. Gets your order quick. Love the phone. Not greasy at all. I got steak it melts in your mouth.

Been here twice only for breakfast and have been completely satisfied both times. Down home cooking and very fast service with a smile. I've driven past this place at least 1000 times and not sure why I never stopped in. I will definitely be going to try the Mexican food for dinner or lunch sometime in the very near future. Tucson is becoming way too corporate, and places like these are what I want. Definitely recommend.

Here for breakfast, this is a very busy small restaurant. Must be well known as it is always busy. The servers hustle, but still manage to smile and make you feel welcome. The breakfast are great, as is all the choices.

A local diner that's been here in Tucson since 1982. The food was just okay, and the diner was very run down. They advertise that people come from all over the world to eat here but come on that's nuts. I understand that for some people there is sentimental reasons to eat here coming back in town for the transient people but for myself once was more than enough. People that give this place a 5-star rating must be people that have no idea how to fry a egg and make a omelet.

The food and the atmosphere here are excellent. The place is small and crowded at breakfast time but not in a bad way. Servers are all extremely happy and friendly, there's good music playing, and most of all the food is wonderful. Try the huevos rancheros and the pancakes!

The food was awesome .server was outstanding. Very helpful and all around great place too eat .recommend 6 stars

You expect good home cooking in a place like this, but it was far better than just good. The staff is extremely kind and pleasant to EVERYONE. Huge portions, and you can watch your food being prepared f you sit inside, so what’s not to like? Great food, even better people. You are greeted and appreciated. Like their motto states: “Eat and then get out”! They get packed but make sure folks can sit in the shade while waiting. They offer water to drink. A Town needs establishments like Franks so we can hold the community together during trying times. Thank you Franks!!!

I had corned beef hash with a tortilla and two medium eggs and it was $13 with a $2 tip. Not sure if it was really worth it but I ate it.

Absolutely a greasy spoon diner but the absolutely best kind. A small diner with a counter indoors and some patio seating out front. Service is quick and the food and beverages were fantastic. We enjoyed the huevos rancheros and chorizo eggs immensely. The parking lot is small so you might need to park along the curb down the street, but well worth it.

Love this place!! Staff is always friendly, singing and dancing during their shifts. Such a good feeling type of place. Food is always great as well!!!
