The rooms are being renovated and are in dire need of it BUT the rooms were dirty! The carpet had dark stains in several places and there was curly black hair on the bathroom counter and the shower had black hair shavings. Stuff happens, I get it but I tried calling the front office and no one answered so I head to the front desk. I'm asked for pictures and when I said I didn't take any the front desk clerk goes to the room to check herself. Because, yeah, I'd totally lie about hair on the sink and shower. The gentleman was polite and helpful but the other two women at the front desk had attitudes like I was inconveniencing them. We were told housekeeping would come and clean again but never showed up. We ended up cleaning the room ourselves. We were given a free entree from the restaurant because that would clearly make up for our experience but I will never stay here again. Sheraton should be ashamed.

I dug the vibe of this place. The separate Spanish type villas really fit the desert landscape. Having my own little sitting porch was a nice addition also. Looks like the rooms are going to be renovated, so I’m looking forward to staying here after that happens. Hopefully the gym is also getting an upgrade because it sorely needs it.

The location is decent if you are coming in from the airport but you can definitely hear the planes. The facility looks like it was really nice but it's getting a bit dated and needs some repairs and updates. The biggest complaint was the large gap under the doors so you could hear everything going on in he hallway. The main doors on the end of each hallway were excessively loud and I could hear slamming every time someone came in and out of the hallway. I do like that they had the refillable shower soap and shampoo dispensers but they definitely need to be cleaned and checked every now and then.The main thing I liked about the place was they provided breakfast coupons for the restaurant on site and the food there was pretty good every morning.

Stay during February 5-10, 2022. The room, 215 was dirty and no service was provided for the room on the 5 nights. Floor is stained and not cleaned under beds or side or behind end tables, trash on floor. We had to clean the tops of all furniture.Trash at stairwell to 2nd floor. Trash on grounds to walk to the front desk.Breakfast food was good, but only ONE server during breakfast. He was outstanding trying to serve us each morning. One is enough to provide everyone.This hotel is NOT up to Marriott standards!!!

Nice enough hotel. Our first room had some issues and they very quickly moved us. I think this was at one time a super nice hotel but you can tell that maintenance and updates have been lacking. All this said, on a typical business trip by myself I'd have zero issues recommending.

I will tell you one thing that travel agents do not want you to know. When booking places use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ They have the best deals on rooms! Way better than using orbitz, tripadvisor, agoda. That's for sure!!!Very clean and quiet. Receptionist and staff in restaurant was great. Keep it up guys..

Don’t Stay Here You Will Regret It!!!!! If you’re staying off Motel 6 and paying for something better this is not the case. It literally is a Motel 6 with another name. Feels unsafe, it’s dirty, outdated, wrinkled sheets like if someone slept there already and they put the same sheets again. They changed rooms for us and same thing on the other room dirty and stinky. Carpet is old and had a lot of dirty spots. Bed mattresses are really old and yellow we had to check if there was no bedbugs. Carpet in the bulding isle is dirty and smells bad. I really recommend staying elsewhere. This is not close to a 3 star hotel. This is literally a motel. The only area that looked clean was the lobby. Don’t fall into the lie that its a nice hotel cause it’s not. We didn’t even stayed the night we left right after they changed rooms for us and they just offered 50% refund. That’s a shame for Marriot and Four Points. Once again I really recommend not staying here. If you want something like this just go to Motel 6

Worst service ever. Can’t believe this hotel is part of the Marriott Network. Mobile check in: useless. Restaurant service: couldn’t try it because they decided to close the kitchen ahead of time…. If you are Bonvoy member strongly suggest to avoid this one and use the Courtyard instead. So sad to see that the Marriott culture is diluting quickly.

Unimpressed. Spent two days there. Hot tub not working. No breakfast. Nothing special at all for $175 a night. Not coming back

The hotel was clean and the people were all friendly. That said, it is dated and run down and we didn't have any exceptional service from anyone. On the web the description of the pool is "heated" but it is definitely not. One thing I really didn't love is that when you walk in the room there is an incredibly large amount of totally unused space and then when you turn you see that both the bathroom and the closet are tiny. You can barely move in the bathroom and the closet door won't close when the suitcase holder is open. I would have much preferred a less spacious entry and a larger bathroom and closet.
