Nice place for a date, Service is friendly and professional. Food is straight forward and portions are large. Good selection of spirits.

This is a great restaurant but this visit was not the usual standard for the steaks. Our table ordered three filet and all at a request for medium..... one was medium rare and two well done. The taste was ok so we did not send back. It was busy and sometimes things happen. I know it is difficult to keep staff levels at a higher level. Hope things improve again

Great waitress and staff

Special filet with shrimp was poor. Steak did not taste good, and the ad was misleading. I've never had a filet that thin. Service was fine. Food was just disappointing.

Great food and great service. Can’t ask for anything more !

our server never smiled never asked if my wife would like a second glass of Prosecco never said would you like bread we had to ask always makes you feel like a begger, no soap on one side in the ladies room. We’ve come there for 6 years never had an experience like this

We went at lunch to celebrate my birthday...we love going to Firebirds for celebrations! The food and service, as always, is above expectations. Our server, Cera, was OUTSTANDING and very FRIENDLY...the food, so, soooooo, very good! This is one of the few places that I have found that I need NO added assistance to my steak nor food (sauce nor salt).

Four of us had lunch today at Firebirds -- our second visit. Sadly, several of us were disappointed in the food. Helping size and service was okay, but burgers weren't tasty. I'm hoping this was a one-time problem, because Firebirds has, in the past, been a great place to dine.

Recently disappointing. We've eaten at Firebirds frequently, and had many excellent meals, particularly enjoying the southwestern spiced "Delmonico' steak, which they've now removed from the menu. We always felt the meat was of high quality and recently invited three friends to join us for a steak dinner. The salads and sides were still excellent, but the steaks we all received were so tough we could hardly eat them. We though we would give Firebirds another chance, so invited four friends to join us last night for a highly advertised prime rib special meal. Again, service was very good, as were salads and sides. However, the prime rib was barely edible and no one finished their meal. Firebirds appears to have decided to feature a lower grade of beef. This may be our last visit.

Although the service was very good, and the food was delivered promptly, the prime rib was dry and tough. The waitress kindly brought me another order of prime rib and it too was dry and tough. The restaurant is very noisy and with very little ambience. We were very disappointed in the food. Also $14.90 for a white Russian, are you kidding me!!! And you are a bit hard to find off of Ina. The only good thing was the service but unfortunately she did not tell us her name. Usually, once is not enough, but in this case it is more than enough.
