This filibertos was good a couple years ago when they opened. Now they are terrible if certain people are working. Uncooked parcooked tortillas have been a regular occurrence. Congealed salsa that has sat for who knows how long. There's a woman at the window sometimes that is incredibly rude and acts like a customer is an inconvenience. Prices are way too high for bad service and food. Too bad really.
This place consistently has a strong odor of death or garbage or something, which kills my appetite. I've let them know about it more than once, but they refuse to take whatever action is necessary to correct the problem.
One of my new favorite fast food places to visit. I have ordered off uber eats multiple times and this location has always gotten my orders correct and very timely. I went into the store for the first time today to pick up and order and then young lady helping me was very polite and attentive. My order was correct as usual. I am very pleased with all of the hard workers at this location!
Since trying this place, we've had it about once a week. Food is great, served fast. Only one time, the chilies for the rellenos were not roasted enough and therefore not great to eat. I've never ordered them again, but Filiberto's has a wide variety of yummy choices. The staff has always been friendly too.
Completely incompetent personal. I ordered a chorizo burrito and she gave me a beans and cheese burrito. When I went back to tell her she gave me the wrong burrito she said I told you its a beans and cheese burrito and you took it and left. Sorry hut I thought she said have a good day or something along that line since she was mumbling and talking Spanish to the personal in the back. This is not the first time they got my order wrong happened at least 5 times before. She was rude then understanding.
Love their food. Huge portions and the dining room is so clean! They’re always mopping and emptying trash. Good to see. Quality of their food is excellent.

If I could give it a zero I would went 2/22/22 at around 815pm worst customer service by witch cashier yes I cussed her out as she did me she definitely needs a lesson on customer service etiquette personality she only responded owner is carlos never again going there rather go elsewhere ??
Loved the breakfast burritos with bacon. A little pricey, but it is Oro Valley. The folks were nice, too.
