If I could give zero stars I would. I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant in my entire life. I ordered an 18in half margherita half diavola and this is what I got!!! The margherita was just a cheese pizza with basil thrown in the corner. The diavola half was sloppy and slightly burnt. To top it all off this pizza was $30?! I could have had way better at Little Ceaser’s. This is just lazy.

I was born and grew up in the pizza capital (Connecticut) and lived in New England for 42 years. When I moved out west 6 years ago (5 years in Kaliforniastan, 1 year in AZ), I thought I'd never find good pizza that would be worthy of pizza back home, but finally that day has come. This is the real deal. My only gripe is that I live 35+ minutes away.

Best authentic italian pizza .Tiny restaurant in a strip mall definitely a must if you want a pizza made with teal italian ingredients imported from Italy. The taste is amazing. I recommend this restaurant . Try the pizza bianca; it was the best

Only read this review if you are a fan of excellent pizza and exemplary customer service... It started tonight with Theresa who answered the phone and made me feel like a valued customer even while I was placed on a brief hold. When I arrived at the store, turns out my Tucson Originals promotional eGift Card had expired one day earlier than the published date; no matter, Scott extended a credit even though he admitted Fiamme Pizza may not be reimbursed. While Theresa and I were navigating the instagift app, Scott went to work cooking another pie...to ensure I left with one that was piping-hot fresh. After completing the transaction, Theresa knew to AFTR - Ask For The Review. As you can see from my photo, the Pizza Bianca was delicious down to the last piece...topped with a rich customer service experience that moved me from Fiamme Fan to Advocate!

Pizza was delicious and service was great, but the restaurant is very small so you're better off ordering and taking your food to go.

So I used to love this place but now they have a lot of quality issues. Like a lot of the times the pizza is burnt or is too thin. I’m also nervous on what quality I’m going to get this time.

Great New York style pizza that will have you salivating once it gets in the car. The crust is the end goal in each slice and it’s well worth the wait. Plenty of different pizza selections as well as a nice and talented staff!

Delicious arugula salad and wood oven-fired pizza! Very surprised. Don't let the location in a strip mall fool you. The pizza brought me back to Florence, Italy. Enjoy!

I hate to go full Karen like this as I should have better things to do like ride bikes, drink beer, or grade papers. However, my experience with Fiamme this past Saturday has left me with no other ethical choice except to waste some time on the keyboard and let people know the risks associated with ordering at said establishment and where else to go for some good pizza.Timeline of a terrible ordering experience:4:52 PM Pizza order put in and confirmed through Door Dash for a pick up time between 5:25-5:30.5:20 Show up to pick up pizza and the hostess says there is no order under that name5:22 Return with phone to show her the order and she realizes a ticket was never made5:22 - 6:05 Waste 45 minutes waiting on the pizza and constantly having to check if it is done, because the system for pick-up is terrible.6:05 Ask hostess about the pizza, she asks the cooks, they say they don’t have a ticket for the pizza they disagree on what was said and not said6:30 I walk out with pizza after having to ask if that is my pizza sitting on a table with my name on it, that I had been waiting for, for an hour and half in the parking lot.The sad part is, the order was still not made correctly.I have had good pizza from Fiamme. This was not it. Truthfully, even if the pizza was made on time, I probably would never have returned if these were the first pizzas I had ever had from them. They were made carelessly and did not include the toppings paid for.I would suggest Annello, Pizza Luna, Scordatos, or Time Market as alternatives with better customer service and equal or better pizza. I will wait this one out a little bit to see if things change in the future.
