Good local pub, good food. Great bar staff and waitresses, racing/ sports and xtreem sports channels playing.
Ordered the Philly Cheesesteak combo, combo fried mushrooms plate and potato skins. Can I say "Awful"!! $40 down the drain. Sandwich soggy, fried combo, under cooked and soggy, fries burned, potato skins over cooked and very dry... So very disappointed.
Great waitresses. Awesome food. Me and my son Love playing pool there.
They had a taco Tuesday going on for $2.50 and I was over charged for my tacos. There was a guy cursing at his girlfriend the time we were there. It wasn't a good visit.
It was loud not by background noise but the couple next to me but I picked where I sat. Food was normal for a bar but the servings were large.
I was pleasantly surprised by this place! Their fried mushroom with ranch dip was so very good! The batter was light, airy ,and crispy...delicious! Their mushroom burger was also very good, it looked dry and unimpressive at first but it turned out to be very juicy and delicious! Their Funnel Cake Fries are so so, but their Raspberry Mini Chimis are heavenly!
Fun place. I’ve visited on three occasions. . First, drinks and snacks while catching up with a long-time, old (no pun intended), dear friend of mine. Again, for drinks, snacks, and a games of pool. And the third visit was to pick up actual FOOD for a friend. The Philly sandwich smelled and looked incredible!
Went to watch the first round of the NCAA basketball tournament. It was happy hour, we both order a mixed drink "short", Debbie's came in a short glass, mine in what I would call medium. Debbie's was vodka and orange juice and I think the reason the used an actual short glass was to save on OJ. They do charge extra for OJ on top of the mixed drink price. Not a lot of options for happy hour food. We split a mushroom burger and it was good but a little under cooked. The fries were somewhat greasy and could have been cooked about 2 minutes longer, they were hand cut and somewhat mushy. They have a patio that you can smoke on, but you can't take your drink out there.
Went here for special on St Patrick's day, food was good, atmosphere was good but they gal who took my order was great! Sorry I can't remember her name but she said she'd just started there, think you got a good one hope to see her again soon
