Usually AMAZING pizza.... last 3 times I've called (all within different months) to put in an order they are only offering pepperoni or cheese pizza. They always say they don't have ingredients for anything else....Their specialty pizzas, which is usually what sets them apart from competitors aren't available. The ingredients for the elote pizza could easily be picked up at a grocery store in a pinch. Guess it's worth trying to master making it at home from now on since it's usually a workplace favorite. Bummer because I try to support local whenever I can.

Definitely one of the better pizzas for Tucson in my opinion. It was delicious pizza with my only complaint being to make sure there is enough pepperoni on the entire pizza. Friendly staff and good makes it a good spot.

Empire Pizza provided pizza and salads for a large (150 people) pre wedding event and did a fantastic job. David was great to work with, very accommodating and great communication before the event. Highest recommendation.

Quie a gem in Downtown Tucson. Be sure and dine in the back bar for pizza and beer! Be sure and look up the Bartender, LD, ~ he is friendly and professional. Ask him about the “Tucson Slice” . Great selection of Beers. Certainly worth a visit! We really had a great time!

Pretty good pizza… could definitely do a little better with spreading toppings. Overall I enjoyed the street taco pizza and my coworkers had good feedback about the crust as well as the pepperoni and mushroom pizza on the other half. More pizza places lack in powdered garlic and oregano nowadays so I’m just going to add that they didn’t have that here. They did have cold beer though and that’s pretty dope. They also have tables to sit at outside and that’s something else to note.

It’s not NY pizza, with that being said it is decent for the southwest. The crust was good, but there wasn’t enough sauce for the amount of cheese.

I am a Tucson local and this is the second time I’ve waited over 1.5hrs for my order. I continue to sit here while they ignore fulfilling my takeout order that I called-in an hour in advance and continue to make pizzas for their single slice takeout crowd. I’m a patient person and I really do like the pizza here but their time management is atrocious.

Edit: they have raised prices since my first review 5 months ago. Now $5.50 for a slice and $1.00 for ranch. They have a slice of pizza with a soda special for $5. The pizza is really good and so is the ranch (50 cents extra). It’s a tasty, cheap lunch option for those of us that work downtown.

Great pizza, but go behind the pizza counter to the rear bar. Old school tall counter bar where you can get great service, beer and pizza. ?

This is some of the tastiest pizza in the downtown area. My man, Neil, loves the Mulberry. Which is piled with meat and other ingredients and hecka yum. My favorite is just plain ol pepperoni. The cheese is rich and they don't skimp. Theyve also got great salads I like the Greek Neil prefers antipasto.
