Really really good! ??? Wasn’t sure what to expect but it was seriously one of the best hot dogs and overall things I’ve had from a cart / trailer.

I can't stress enough how many amazing food options Tucson has, and how many hidden gems sprawl this city. El Sinaloense Hot Dog Cart is one of them. I've visited this place many times and have not been disappointed. The buns are just perfect and the yellow pepper (is it lime and salt they put on it?) on the side is a great combination to the bacon wrapped hot dog. You have to give them a try and I bet you won't regret it. Also, bring cash!

Legit. The place is not much to look at but don’t let your eyes deceive you. You want a Sonoran hot dog from here. Authentic. Delicious. Fast. Reasonably priced.I’d never had one but I’m hooked. The only negative for me was that the bacon wrapping the dog was undercooked. Otherwise, winner winner Hot Dog dinner.

Heard about El Sinaloense from a YouTube channel and my wife and I made the trip to visit while we were in Tucson. Everything is made to order fresh right in front of you! Absolutely delicious!

I’m from New York. I’ve eaten a ton of hot dogs. This one blew every other one right away. I’ve had other Sonoran dogs too. This is just different. I’m eating here for the rest of my time in Tucson. Thanks for taking the time to make food that actually tastes good. BONUS points for having a delicious vegetarian option too.

Fire. These Sonoran hot dogs I think are the best super good I've been having these hot dogs for a while I haven't tasted anybody else that come close to the way this young man makes his hot dogs. That's just me everybody else may have their own opinion and different taste buds which is okay but if you like or want a good Sonoran hot dog try out this place it's totally worth the money...

I can only vouch for a few of these . Places .. I consider this place one of the best Sonoran in Tucson . Don't ever doubt your instincts , because some places can be very scary. But these guys are friendly and clean . Don't hesitate or deny your craving , they are here to satisfy .

Stayed downtown and had to take several free buses and tram to get here as had to go based on the reviews. Its a one time thing. Was good but not 1.5 hours back and forth. The guy wasn't the most friendly in town. I would rather have the Indian bread instead.

Excellent hot dogs! Cooked fresh, good shade. Spicy peppers, crispy bacon, soft bread. Exactly what it should be. Decent horchata too.

Sonoran Hotdog....this ain't your grandpa's hotdog. Grilled, buttered bun, pinto beans, tomatoes, onions, sour cream, mustard, and 2 kinds of hot sauce. The pepper on the side is a bonus...and slightly spicy. All for $3.50. Yum!
