I love Einstein Bros Bagels! The service is always great. I do wish there were more smoothies than just the strawberry banana. Maybe it's just that way on the UA campus.
Each time there is something on my bagel that shouldn’t be there. This past time my plain bagel was covered in cinnamon on the bottom and it was toasted onto the bagel. There was also a full bite that had some sort of spicy spread on it when it was a cheddar and bacon egg sandwich. Lucky I wasn’t allergic to anything but these being on my bagel sandwich screams carelessness for keeping everything clean and separate
Would rate it zero if I could. Horrible service. Do not order from here if you want food within the hour.
dude every time i come here something on the order is messed up. how hard is it to read the difference between “cucumber” and “tomato”…. i love tomatoes. i wanted tomatoes. sad.
The food is good, but I had to wait 50 minutes to get a bagel sandwich. Sometimes I'd order at the kiosk and then they'd call my name just to say that they don't have that menu item. Why is it on the menu if I can't order it? I really like their food but the service is extremely low quality
