Ordered breakfast for the crew at work and Einstein Brothers came through once again! Have used them many times to cater both breakfast and lunch and they are quick and the food is good.
The crew was very nice and so helpful they even got a bag of ice to keep the cream cheese cold.

Bagels are fine, the guy at the register should have finished the transaction with my wife, before leaving on break. She just needed her receipt, but he'd turned away and ignored her. Very rude

used to be a regular until today, took 15mins to make my bacon, avocado, & tomato bagel. 3 people in front of me. all they seem to hirer are big & slow employees. if you have the time then go for it. called & spoke to the manager on-site (Russ) & he showed no empathy.
I love this specific store, food always tasty and great customer service, shout out to GIO she greeted me by my name the second time I visited the store and I was very impressed, she is always very kind and always make sure my order is done the way I wanted ( I like my bagels well toasted)she is awesome.No matter where I'm, I do not go to another store.
My favorite bagel shop hands down
Nice staff and good bagels but the ones with strong flavors like garlic are stored too closely to the ones that are sweeter and more kid friendly. My kids keep rejecting their favorite french toast bagels because they taste like garlic. Storing them differently would be helpful
