Bagels are actually pretty well made at this location. Ordering was pretty quick and easy. They did well filling the order quickly though short staffed.
Two sunday's in a row very busy alot of food drivers there for pick up, pretty hard to mess up bread n cream cheese alot of good stuff n the menu
My wife is looking for an egg bagel we ended up with a plain bagel with plain cream cheese add an Einstein Bagel Brothers company.??! She said it was good though
The food is good and the staff have been great. There’s not much option for a decaf coffee drinker though. They don’t offer decaf espresso (No vanilla latte for me) and they don’t have vanilla flavored creamer. I asked for some shots of vanilla flavoring in a small decaf coffee (3 pumps to a small, typically). It’s an extra $0.80 a pump! Seems like a heck of a mark up. My $2.29 coffee is suddenly $4.69, which is more expensive than a small vanilla latte, which has the same number of vanilla shots, as well as espresso (again, no decaf options) and milk! We asked a supervisor to double check their policy…is it really $0.80 per pump, or is it $0.80 for all 3 pumps. She called corporate and verified its per pump. Like I said, the bagels are good, the staff is friendly, but I won’t be spending $4.69 on a small decaf coffee to just have some vanilla flavoring.
The food is always pretty good but if you go thru the drive thru....bring a snack cause you'll be in line quite a while! Definitely not fast food as is intended. (At least at this location)
So delicious, staff was friendly and fast... the line for the drive thru and inside were both long but they were getting everyone in and out
What has happened to this restaurant? They no longer offer tuna or even side dishes, unless you consider potato chips a side dish! The last time I was in there they didn't even have an chips to go with my sandwich. Plus, they no longer offer lemonade from their drink dispenser. They won't stay in business much longer at this rate!
It was good but when I ordered coffee with cream I just got coffee no cream
Two weeks in a row they were out of a specific bagel, by 8am. Then they messed up the simple order I gave them in place of the bagel I originally ordered which wasn't realized until I got home. Sadly this is not the first time the drive-thru has gotten it wrong. This location has lost my future business because of the inconsistencies and incompetence.
Food is good. Service is good. Dear God do something about how long the drive through takes. If there is literally anymore than 3 or 4 people waiting to order it can take 20 min to even order.
