First time here. Original grinder combo for a little over $13. The sandwich was incredible. Bread was soft.
I sware the oldest person working here is 19. After the 2nd sandwich being remade and the 30 minute wait I asked for my other sandwich to be reheated and was told they can't do that . It just said to see a Tucson business go down hill over theses past few years .AVIOD THIS LOCATION!UPDATE :On 5/16/22 I emailed eegees customer service about my bad experience and was completely ignored . Even after they replied to my post.
Good food with reasonable prices and friendly staff. The dining area is always clean and orderly. The Eegees frozen treats are always delish. A Tucson icon.

The other night I went to this location after not going for a while due to poor customer service and the drive thru staff being extremely rude and disrespectful! On Monday night I went back to try again. Same person as before did the exact same thing. Listen I get you are working fast food and you have good days and bad but it’s not okay to treat your customers with disrespect and treat them with your sad and poor attitude. I will travel the extra miles to get food for my family! I support local restaurants around town but this is 2nd and last time I will ever go to this once! Our order was large, but I wasn’t rude or disrespectful to him . Was very much cheerful and happy. When we approached the window he opened the window repeated the order all fast didn’t give me a chance to even answer him, when it came to payment he took the payment in a abrupt moment. then when it came to handing the Oder he practically threw it at us then drinks started handing them out when I asked before for a drink carrier’s. Sigh. So sad.
After our first Eegee's lemon slush, we were hooked and went back every day of our vacation. Some family members also enjoyed the pina colada and strawberry flavors.
Service was fast and friendly. One word - fantastic! We don't go often but we enjoy our original, fries and lemon. Can't wait to go back.
The fries were on point! They were crispy golden crinkle cuts of yummy goodness!! We paired it with some rootin' tootin' rootbeer, boy that was so good! We had to pull over in a parking lot to enjoy every bite! While we were chomping away, I saw (who I thought could've been)my husband's biological father wandering the parking lot. My husband said, "even though that's my dad, whom I haven't seen in 40 some years, what's a few more minutes? I need to enjoy these fries while we are hot!" And THAT my friends, is how delicious Eegees fries are!! Oh yeah, turns out it wasn't his father so it was a good thing we didn't stop tearing up those fries! Cuz the right way to eat an Eegees fries, is while they're still hot! #notmydaddy #reunionscanwait #eegeesfries
Stopped in to get a Fun Pack of Root Beer Eegee’s, The guy behind the counter, Francisco, was great! He was working taking care of the front and was obviously in need of help. The “Manager/Supervisor”, Crista, l believe her name was, was standing at the front talking with her friend. Francisco nicely asked her for assistance preparing my Fun Pack, Crista told him, He’d have to wait a couple of minutes and proceeded to walk outside so she could gossip with her friend. I mentioned it was for me, and she still ignored the fact and never acknowledged me.Poor Francisco was great! He took care of everyone and finally made my Pack and apologized. I left and “Crista” was still gossiping outside, never said ‘Thank You’, ‘Goodbye’ or acknowledged myself or anyone who was coming and going. Very Rude and unprofessional.
I've been coming here for years and the service is always pretty good. Well today I went for lunch, and the staff was EXTRA awesome! I'm glad we have restaurants like this in town that I can feel comfortable to frequent without worry of a bad time. Keep up the good work guys!!
