Line was not long. Guy helping us was in such a rush that he didn't ask what size drink my daughter wanted. I didn't realize it cause he kept talking while I was trying to give him the order. Felt too rushed!!!
Good teas and good coffee, their wait time is generally worth it. Consistently good items and a LOT on their menus! I always order the Starry Night black tea. Excellent service for the number of customers they get on a daily basis ?

So, as an Eastern US native, I wanted to try this place which is all the rave in the West. I’ve given it two tries and…I probably won’t give it a third. Got a peppermint bliss cold brew which looks pretty but the mint tasted so fake and the drink itself was so watered down. In the past I tried the 9-1-1 (I liked that one), the Annihilator (it was awful), and the Hazelnut Truffle Mocha (which was way too sweet). Also, it takes ridiculously long for the employees to make drinks. Honestly, shop local. Support small businesses. Don’t waste you’re money on this.
