The staff is amazing, I messed up on my drink order and they made me a new one free of charge which was so kind and understanding.
I’ve never had a negative experience at any Dutch bros either but I’ve also never had such an outstanding fun experience as I have at this location. I moved here on 04/07 and have stopped by a handful of times: 1 large Christmas morning with soft top and the toppings, 1 ice water, and 2 pup cups. Order is always great, the pup cups are huge and they love on my puppies Ruger and Mugsy. They pups are always so excited to arrive here and enjoy their pup cups. I absolutely enjoy this location and I hope they realize how many days they make with their positive attitudes. Thank you!

Friendly and outstanding customer service....except the young fluffy boy who asked for a tip. I declined because my wife does all that through the app. I was also paying a separate order for my friends and he snatched my card and didn't say a word afterwards. Tips are gratuity, not a paycheck. Do your job, don't beg for tips and then give an attitude. You didn't do anything special, you only took a simple order. Calm down. If tipping is mandatory and expected for a basic service that you're suppose to be doing, then everyone should tip McDonald's and the other fast food restaurants. Prices are more expensive than Starbucks as is for a cup filled with ice.
Great coffee, great people! Lines can be long both in the drive thru and the walk up window, however, they get through pretty fast.
I gotta say for the first time at Dutch Bros....I know...I know, first time having it since my main is DD. But think I know why it's such a hype....the drinks are awesome plus the staff make you feel like family. Definitely will be coming back again!
