So disappointed! I go to this location, even tho its not near my home, because it's the only one that properly fills the cream filled donuts. Ordered a chocolate cream filled and it was completely empty with a tiny dollop of cream on the outside. Returned a week later hoping it was a fluke but no, still empty! Really hoping they fix this issue. Don't want to abandon my favorite donut shop.
Seriously, are you reading a review about Dunkin Donuts? This location is GREAT! Great donuts... Great people... Great service... Everything here is Great... That said, there is really only one way to be sure, GO there NOW. ?
Love Dunkin donuts, BUT recently I went through drive. I ask for a dozen.4 regular glazed. 4 chocolate glazed and 4 Strawberry glazed. Pull up to window, gave me 4 reg. g. 4 chocolate g and 4 Strawberry glazed, but they had sprinkles on them... I DIDN'T ASK FOR SPRINKLES. She said, oh, that's all I've got, then charged me 12 something. Needless to say, I got my money back, but she took the box of donuts back! I thought they can't take anything back..."COVID"!..HELLO! ??
Stop there to get a cup of coffee Claudia was so amazing her personality the way she cared about the customer my order was made right and they said please and thank you really good place to go fast and reliable not expensive they give service the way service was supposed to be given fast and friendly. Have Never been treated So Poorly from a Company i Love So much! But i Will stay away from this One! All i wanted was a Cold Matcha Latte. Didn't want ice since I wasn't going to drink till the next day. The Gal at the counter insisted they could not make it at my request and Had to fill it at least Half w ice. I asked about less ice, nope, asked if I could get another cup to put the ice in, Nope Then she yelled at another gal at the drive thru who Yelled "NO!". I'm 62 yrs old, I haven't been Yelled at in some time. They said they have different owners than the others when I mentioned who have Never denied my request...... So I learned, Never to go to Grant & Flowing Wells again. They Look like Dunkin' but do not Act as Dunkin Peeps??????
I have my order at the drive though just for one grilled cheese sandwich and the cashier acknowledged the order. When I finally arrived at the window to pay (there was a line of cars), the cashier tried to give me someone else's order because he never entered my order in. Then, I had to pull my car to the side to wait some more for the order that he just now put in. Once the sandwich was finally brought out to me in the parking lot, the employee did not bring any napkins; I guess I'll wipe my face with my hand... Normally we have decent service here but the cashier Claudia today has made it so I will never come back again to this location again. We specifically asked if they had a specific donut in the back cause they were out up front. She said no without even looking. So our child decided not to have a donut. We sat down to eat our other food and not 2 mins later claudia herself walks up with the specific donut my child wanted. That was a fun experience to explain to them why she lied to them.
The young men Jacob and Isaiah were very polite and helpful. Both were working the entire time I was there, and still managed to acknowledge me. Definitely the best experience at Dunkin Donuts.
To your response dunkin. I was told that the manager was going to follow up and never cared to. So not only was the interactions going into your store bad but shame on your manager for not following up concerning issues. I have worked at dunkin as a team leader on and off for almost a decade. We don't leave spoons on counters we are to put them in the sanitizing cups, the counters were dirty, the blue rags on the counters are not there to wipe the coffee cups excess coffee with, the markers should not be opened with the employees mouth then put back on with hands.....of course no washing, the snackin bacon they say your location only cooks in the morning it is ok to leave out on the counter and not even bother warming it. "That's how management has told us to do", upon asking why is it so cold......ehhhh. scooping the ice with the cups and not the ice scoop. All of these are so gross and there's a few more. I love dunkin donuts and it's a shame this location is the only one close to my house the next is 7 miles away and the opposite direction that my life allows. It was by far the worst business transaction in this chain I've ever had and knowing the rights and wrongs made it sooo wrong. I spent 30 plus dollars at your location, nothing was right, bad attitudes then to be ignored after calling and giving my information. So I guess I suffer from my favorite addiction. ? I don't forsee my rating going to 5 stars.
