Went there today and the young man that helped me didn't smile and wasn't friendly. He acted like I was bothering him and he didn't like his job. And the iced Mocha was so over priced I'll never go there again.
The ppl working here are great very nice and polite. Just the wait in the drive thru is ridiculous. Stood in line multiple times for 15-20 minutes not moving at all. Finally move another 10 minutes to move again. Reason why I don’t go as much anymore. If the drive thru line would move faster I would be here every day.
I came here at 7:30 in the morning and the donuts were hard like they're from yesterday. The reason I go to Dunkin' donuts is for the softness of the donuts. For me if a donut isn't fluffy soft it's a waste of money.
Horrible customer service. They didn't make my drink right and refused to make it the way I ordered. Not professional at all. They were om their phones saying g profanity & the lobby was disgusting ?
Terrible serviice, cant even get an order right and cant even charge you correctly, just a bunch of clowns pretending to do their jobs. Stay away from dissapointment, and it goes from the hard tasteless donuts to the long wait for not having the flavors and wrong ice cream. What a Joke!!
I needed to purchase donuts and gift cards for a company event that morning. In a rush, I was still was greeted with a pleasant smile and quality customer service. Maria went above and beyond with quick friendly service and had a great attitude. With the way the world has been it’s nice to see more smiling faces. Thank you Maria for being the reason my morning went so smooth. You’re amazing!
Over all my experience at the Valencia and Midvale location has not been great. It was like pulling teeth w the girls upfront. Recently I have been helped by Elijah and Jose and these two have made my experience a whole lot better! These two guys deserve a raise! Always smiling and know my order exactly as I walk in saying I got this… and they do! Keep up the good job guys!!
They gave me and one scoop ice cream in the wrong food and they didn't have the donuts that we needed and my mom's birthday, I wouldn't let them have to start or zero but I can only choose one star. -_-
Since Starbucks in this area is profiling, and due to “COVID pandemic” shut the lobby to its customers “only in south Tucson” I started coming here to have my coffee and snack, while getting some work done. It does have everything I need, so I think I’m going to get fat on donuts!
I went to this location store 304990. Valencia and Midvale. 12:42pm on 11/28/2021. I waited nearly 3 minutes for someone to even say I’ll be with you and or hello. My sales slip said Jennifer was the ring up name, but this was a young boy, named Elijah. He kept his hands inside of my cup while waiting for my change.
