They are absolutely amazing. They messed up on my drink and while i was in the drive thru they made the other righy ans let us keep the other drink. They were so sweet and we would love to come back.
Great prices & very clean! The workers are always working hard. I seen a lady freak out over coffee & I'm just here being thankful employees even show up these days. No one wants COVID. These bad comments are sad and some didn't even make sense. It's like y'all want people to show up right... Stop being so crude it's just coffee and donuts geez. I like my donut shops around thank you very much ?
Manager is very nice and young man working from desk is very nice as well. Trixie working drive through is very rude. I tried to explain to her that I understand how she could of just asked me is there anything else I can help you with she automatically became defensive and didn't want my advice. I didn't raise my voice or anything and she just didn't want to listen and just became more rude. If it wasn't for the manager and young man I would have given this a one star rating.
Where do I start…I was headed up to Mt. Lemmon and decided to stop by. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I usually get a large iced coffee but have been drinking tea as of lately and needed a little help. The staff was very helpful in telling me all the different flavors and ways that I could choose from. I appreciate their kindness as well them going above and beyond to make my visit a good one. If I’m ever in this area I’ll make sure to stop by and make a purchase
This particular Dunkin Donuts on Tanque Verde Road near Udall park is beautiful it's clean it's nice and I'm so happy that I could come here and not see homeless begging for money outside the door oh trust me that is the highlight of my day
The donuts are always stale. The amount of donuts available is slim. The coffee is the worst coffee I have had since college. The customer service is the worst of it all. They are rude, slow, and make fun of people as they leave the store. Good riddens Dunkin.
Absolutely the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Always out of donuts and horrible customer service. It's a donut shop how can you be out of donuts all the time! Save your time and go elsewhere.
At the East Tangue Verde, Tucson, location. Very loud mouth employees - both the men & women in the am every day. Why do they have to shout at each other?? Can’t sit there - way to noisy! Owner needs to tell them to stop driving patrons away!
$1.45 for ONE glazed donut ???That's what I get when I don'tvisit a Dunkin Donuts for atleast 8 - 9 yrs.And it was actually kind of DRY !Definitely wasnt worth the price...It'll be at least another 9 yrsbefore I try that again...At LEAST
My 10-year-old son and I regularly start our Saturday errands here, and the people are always friendly and helpful. The coffee is awesome, and the environment is relaxing. And I’m told by my son the donuts are really really good!
