Hashbrowns are horrible. Every time! I have even asked them to make them fresh and they still are not crispy and they are full of grease & were barely warm. 3 strikes, you are out. I will go to Donut Wheel from now on.
I asked for all glazed munchkin’s 10 count an they gave me assorted witch wouldn’t be so bad if they actually gave me 10 plus they only filled my coffee half way such a bummer if you go here watch out especially with the drive through they are so careless in how they handle the food an customer I know they say America runs on Dunkin’ but after this experience they need to change it to just “ America run away “. I am not coming back they lost me.
Clean, quick, delicious, friendly staff. Got a sausage egg cheese bagel breakfast sandwich with hashbrowns. Hashbrown serving small but really tasty, has actually seasoning. Would definitely get again.
Honestly, if you live closer to the east side and you want Dunkin donuts don't ever go to the Dunkin' donuts on 22nd. Half of the machines that they used to make coffee are always broken so they can only make half of the coffees on the menu, they're always out of stock on donuts, and they either mess up any food order you make or tell you that the ovens don't work. Every time I've gone there it's been a horrible experience where I'm either missing items or having correct items. Also I find it rude and annoying how when the servers spill coffee all over the side of your cup they just handed to you with a lot of napkins at the bottom expecting you to grab the cup covered in coffee. If you're feeling Dunkin' donuts it's worth the drive to any of the other ones
Crazy friendly staff and great service. Food was fresh and hot too. Will definitely be back. Thanks!
I only go to like two Dunkin's now. Customer service could have been more attentive & the bathroom was a bit yucky but my stuff came out pretty fast.
Horrible Service!Waiting 15 Minutes For A Cappuccino Blast And NEVER Got It Manager Just To Come Out And Say We Are Under Staff With 7 People Working Yet The One On Valencia Can Have 4 People Working And They Can Get Me In And Out The Dunkin Donuts On 22nd Sucks Horrible Service They Will Make You Wait And Won't Care If You Have Things To Do First And Last Time I Gi There!!!
My wife's favorite coffee shop. She loves the French vanilla with 2 cream. I go for the ice cream lol ( the ones that have both)
!!!!!COUNT YOUR MUNCHKINS PEOPLE!!!!!!!!I recently purchased a variety of menu items, one of which included 50 munchkins which I had purchased for hospital workers taking care of my sick grandfather who is on the verge of hospice. When I opened the box when I arrived home it was nowhere near 50 visually so I counted three times because I was in disbelief and shock that I had only actually received 28!!!!! I paid for 50 and had only received a little more than half my order,I then proceeded to call the store to rectify the situation only to never have my call picked up, I called about 6 times, and as I mentioned earlier these aren’t for me and my family they are for healthcare workers, and the employee couldn’t inform that they didn’t have 50 and still proceeded to charge me is shady, I am very upset to have paid for something I didn’t fully receive and when I try to remedy the situation I was met with unprofessionalism, is this how you run your business Dunkin Donuts, by conning and ghosting? I do hope I hear from someone soon because this is unacceptable and I refuse to continue supporting your business and will inform others that they should do the same until I have met a resolution to this!!!
Ordered a special weekend breakfast for the family, and was so disappointed in this location. We usually order from the Dunkin in Grant and they always take such good care of us, but this one is a mess. The wrong cheese was on my sandwich, we were given the wrong donuts in our half dozen, our hash browns were soggy and cold, the espresso in the Latte we ordered was horribly burnt, no straws were included for our other drinks, and part of (what we assume was) someone else's order was in our bag. And worse, when we tried to call the store to make it right the phone just rang and rang and no way to leave a voicemail. We spent about $45 for this series of mess ups, it would have been nice to at least be able to speak to a manager so they could keep this from happening to others.
