I wish that there was the option to go inside to order but many times when I arrive between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. you can only use the drive-thru. The ladies are friendly and I feel like the service has really improved over the last few months in terms of getting orders right etc. Thanks to everyone who works there, I think of you as MY Dunkin' donuts!
Closest Dunkin to my house. Love sweet treats from here. Sucks that the company donates to Marco Rubio in FL though..
I find it funny people complaining about the wait and only drive thru being open at a certain time when there’s obviously not a lot of people working and it’s a dangerous neighborhood. Employees are nice and work hard.
Absolutely poor service. I went to this place to get some ice cream about 7:30 pm, and when I arrived they had the doors closed and a sign saying drive through only. I walked from a nearby hotel, so I had to stand between cars in the drive thru line to get an ice cream cone. When I got to the window the lady explained that they closed the store coz it was a dangerous neighborhood, but thus creating a dangerous situation for their customers outside. Management has no clue!
Seen roaches on their counter and never went back. Not to mention all the druggies they let hang around there and or may let work there just by the looks. It's hard to find people to work but danggg
Actually went to Baskin Robins/Dunkin Donuts combined business. Parking was not user friendly. Their menu says they have ice cream that they actually did not have, several of them. The ice cream i did end up getting was good but not what I was looking forward to and really wanting. Service was ok but not very personable. Not my first location choice for sure!!!
Stopped by to pickup a Baskin Robbins frozen cake for my wife's birthday, hand written sign on the door says drive thru only, terrible customer service in the drive thru with no cake as the end result. Went to the Baskin Robbins on La Cholla and Magee, great place, nice people, GOT THE CAKE!
I only go there for donuts - I can eat breakfast at home.My 3 disappointments are: cashier staff that count when it comes to ordering, lack of dine in(but I understand with the homeless sleeping on the sidewalk) and not knowing when they’re fresh - I hate driving 20 miles for stale donuts
We always order from DD on Grant. This time we went looking for the store owner to ask for a small contribution (discount or gift card) for my daughter’s school silent auction, we couldn’t drop off the official contribution request letter, the girl who talked to us said that the owner was already giving to other 15 organizations, like for old people and stuff. I tried leaving the letter, she just said the owner won’t even consider us so He wouldn’t need the letter.I know is not the owner’s doing but it looks like we won’t be bringing our business to the DD on Grant and Swan anymore.
Wow definitely won't be going to this location again!!!!!!! My Hasbrouck are burned and my bagel has a little cream cheese in the middle and then they heated it up not even toasted it, I'm beyond mad , thank you dunking for ruining my morning breakfast
