The young man behind the counter said out loud in front of me “ I will not make any mobile orders until I’m done with my chores” as he angrily moved around donut baskets I don’t think this guy gets what a business is there for I’ll never be back to the store garbage employees like this
I had not experienced eating in at Dunkin', so when my friend suggested it I jumped at the chance to go! It was still morning so we both decided to try their avacado toast. My friend also ordered a coffee and I ordered a coke. Our orders came up quickly, which is always a plus.I have to say I quite enjoyed Dunkin's ambiance. There were several individual seating arrangements to choose from which gave you the feeling of being at home and not at a restaurant. I liked that. We picked a spot and dove into our meals. The avacado was delicious and plentiful. However, my toast could not be called toast. Nor could my friend's. It was more like soft bread. No way was it toasted. Nevertheless, my food was still delicious. My one take away - if you are going to call bread toast, then make sure it is toast! The avacado would have been so much better on real toast! ?
Manager was amazing and looked like he loved being there. Made sure to get my order out to me in a timely fashion. Highly recommended for someone in a hurry.
This is the second time I have been to this location. Both times the coffee has seemed much weaker than what I get at other locations. But I rated them one star for their customer service. I ordered ahead and 15 minutes later they hadn't even started it. I asked one of the workers if they had received my order and she tells me " we have lots of orders" ( you'll have to imagine the snarky tone that was used). I understand they are busy but that seemed unnecessarily hostile. I think I will just avoid this location and go to the SB just down the street.
So I was going to this Dunkin’ about 5 times a week and they have progressively gotten worse. Whether it’s missing items in the order or now they have started to WAY overcook their turkey sausage patties in the breakfast sandwich that it has become inedible. In addition, they over cook the egg so much that it becomes rubbery and turns green. It’s really disappointing because I mentioned it to them before hand a few times and they still overcooked my sandwich. This location was very convenient for me but I’m going to no longer go here. I was trying to see if things would get better , but they just kept getting worse. It’s too bad.
i never leave reviews about fast food bc why would i, fast food workers are overworked and it’s never that serious. but today i placed a mobile order & i waited in the dt for 30 minutes behind 2 cars. when i got to the window it took another 30 minutes to get my order. i watched the lady at the window drop food and a drink, she couldn’t figure out what was mine, and she yelled at another girl for misplacing my order. i guess they handed out my order. when i finally got it, half of it was wrong or missing. i’ve been coming here a lot and every morning my coffee tastes terrible. i know the cream comes out of a machine but it doesn’t taste like they clean that machine bc the cream always tastes bad. this is not an issue with staff, it’s 100% management for lack of training and probably putting too much on the staff’s plates.
I have never once gotten a correct order from this location. They are slow and always out of every single thing on the menu. My order is usually missing something, has something I didn’t order, or wrong (like croissant sandwich instead of breakfast wrap). This has probably happened 20+ times over two years. I do not know how this location is still in business.
So busy, but they got me a dozen donuts super quick! GM Nate is great!
This is the least friendliest Dunkin in all of town, the worst! They lied about the espresso machine being down....at 8am. They always get my orders wrong and the people always seem like we are inconvenience to them. I'll make it a point to never come back here.
The was like clock work from inside ordering to the drive thru. Staff was very nice. Place was very clean
