I absolutely love this donut shop! The service is great, and the donuts are awesome. Especially for events! The drive through makes it convenient as well! ?
Donuts were smaller and more expensive than before. Understand price increase but should be one or the other, not both. Still good donuts.
Great usually but needs different employees. I’m not sure what’s going on but the last two times I went here the donuts were really dry and tasted old. I will wait quite awhile before I go back because of this. Please go back to having fresh donuts all day long.
Best doughnut place in town! Been going here for over 30 years and it's the same great doughnuts they've always made! Be seeing you again!
Yum, yum & yum! Been visiting this place for years. The donuts are always good and never old. Lots to choose from and made with love.
Some of the best donuts I’ve had in tucson, and their ham and cheese croissants are killer! This bakery is exactly what I picture when I think of a donut shop, and I love their use of pink boxes, truly a charming experience. The employees are also very nice and I greatly appreciate their work and you can tell they care about what they do. I’m a firm believer in love as an ingredient, and you can really taste it in their pastries.
Between the Ina exit shutdown and COVID , I still went here to help local small business. However, after today I will no longer go here. Its no longer about the donuts, it' about the cost and common sense. I ordered a dozen donuts ($11.50.. I believe) and a bag of donut holes ($2.49).. I got 8 regular donuts and 4 bars. The lady behind the counter said "the bars will make it cost more". I said thats fine, thinking my dozen will be a like $13 or so... my bill came to $22.18!!!! I asked how did my bill get to $22.18... she said the bars are .75 cents each.. so she charged for half a dozen ($8.50) and 6 donuts including the bars individually. I am sitting there scratching my head because the math still doesn't add up. $8.50 for half a dozen, $3 for 4 bars equals $11.50.. $2.50 for donut holes.. equals $14.00!!! I am still missing 2 regular donuts, so are they $4.00 each? This still doesn't make sense. They tried to explain it and none of their confusing explanation made sense.. they said remove 1 bar.. it changes the price... then it was remove three bars... so I had to remove all my bars. Now I have 1 dozen regular donuts and the donut holes.. my bill came to $14.92. Well.. little did I know that she didn't include the donut holes!!! Now this really makes no sense.. so I overpaid because of the bars somehow.. which basically in their mind offset the donut holes and she wanted me to pay another .50!!! But I had no bars now. At that point she saw how mad and disgusted we were, and didn't ask us to charge our card for .50!! Sadly, this was for a little girls Birthday, to surprise her with a single donut with sprinkles before school, I decided to buy more to support the local business. Due to the ridiculousness of price gouging and confusing your customers, I can't support that and won't go back. Also, when we left, another lady who was helped next to us said they ripped her off also. She got 2 donuts and a Croissant and couldn't understand how she paid so much. I didn't get the details, but we aren't the only ones they're doing this to. I just caught it before I paid $22 dollars for a dozen donuts and some holes....they should be ashamed.
Their glazed donuts still warm from the fryer are ridiculously good. It's difficult to try new flavors when the ones we always get are so well loved.
The doughnuts are delicious, but their customer service sucks! No smile, no hi, ...more like what you want with a attitude. Their drive thru sucks! No menu or anything to see what they offer, some how we are supposed to know mentally what they have.
I love their hubcap sized Cinnamon Roll (it actually is a donut wheel)! I also really enjoy many of their other donuts as well.
