Wow, i want to report a robbery. $100 later, get home to open up a 3 meat plate, that included a $2 up charge for a tiny little rib, that literally has maybe a tablespoon of meat on it. Too many good places out there to have put up with this terrible meal. I would drive to get my money back but not worth wasting gas at this point.

Me and my wife went to Dickeys Friday night for dinner. It was our first time there and boy are we disappointed. $17 for a two meet plate two sides that is literally like 3 bites. Meet was luke warm the brisket seasoning was so spicy my wife couldn’t eat it so her meal was wasted. BBQ sauce was ok. Don’t think we will be back.

I had a great experience going to Dickeys for my first time. This lovely cashier by the name of Aryana helped me figure out what my best pick would be. I was a little confused with the lay out at first and how to order however she really helped me on my decision. I chose the chopped brisket and the sausage which were both really great. The food had great taste and best of all, it was not salty. Will definitely be going there soon with the family!

Mediocre at best. Pretty much cafeteria food. 2 stars for cleanliness and employees. Dried out food that’s been setting for awhile. Order was wrong on 2 things. Same thing awhile back. Won’t be a 3rd time.

This place is nothing but gristle and over charging. We spend $92 for some quality meat and got nothing but fat and small portions. We drove 20 minutes back for a refund to only to be disrespected by the staff. This place is nothing but Indifferent individuals that could care less about the quality if food they provide to you. Please spend your money else where. Do not get fooled by high prices, they do not represent the quality of food you're getting.

If you want great smoked beef brisket or pork ribs. Dickey's BBQ pit has got what your looking. This BBQ pit is a must try restaurant. If your a BBQ fan this place won't disappoint you. Low cooked and smoked food for over 14hrs. I will definitely be back.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Folks, take their sign seriously when they recommend checking your order. Even though the food is delicious, I don't frequent this location because there is ALWAYS some aspect of my order incorrect. If you try to call, the only option to speak with the manager is to email. If I had been able to actually speak to someone, I wouldn't have to write this review. So... buyer beware: It's good food, as long as you get the food you actually want!

The pulled pork is excellent. Probably the best in Tucson. The food alone would merit more stars, but I'm disappointed that this location does not participate in Dickey's promotions, including the weekly loyalty club specials. They have temporarily (?) removed sandwiches from both the Dickey's ordering app and website,. This not only prevents users from using the coupon code in the current Olympic medal promotion, but makes it impossible to place online orders that include sandwiches. You can't call in an order either, since the phone message just refers you to the website. If you aren't a member of the loyalty program, don't care about discounts and specials, and are ok with coming into the store to order, then go for it. The sandwiches and free ice cream are very good.

You can’t rely on this place for catering. I had ordered food for a large group for s New Year’s Eve party online. The manager called me later and asked if we could pick it up earlier than was agreed to online. Ok we did that. Then when we got the food to the party they had shorted us on some of the food that was ordered and payed for including $30 worth of ribs. Sucks to not have enough food at your party. Called the manager back the next week. He promised to refund me for the missing food. That was over a month ago and no refund. This place is poorly run and very unprofessional. Never again.

$34.00 for two dry sandwiches with 2 very small sides and drink. Out of promotional dessert on a Sunday at 12:15. Asked for onion, extra pickles, sauce on a pick up order. Didn't get them. One employee made eye contact. None were wearing masks and surfaces were not wiped
