I stayed here for two nights while attending a conference. The room was quite clean and had all of the expected amenities. There was an excessive heat warning while I was there but the room remained cool. The staff was very helpful and attentive. As an aside, while at the conference the food was exceptional and the wait staff a joy. Sadly I was unable to visit the pool but it looked great.
First: Hotel rooms are nice and accommodating. Spacious, Clean, Restful 2nd: Restaurants Average; nothing spectacular 3rd: Casino: Slots are Too Damn Tight Indian Casinos are known for their lack of payouts
Beautiful hotel and grounds. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The casino area has everything restaurants, slots, crap tables, etc. The food is very good and very very affordable. I won at the slots and I decided to play bingo and win there as well- just sharing for I never win!! Staff for the hotel could use some customer service training. If the hotel would like to know specifics please reach out to me for I don’t want to share names. Overall the hotel was a great experience.
We used to come her a lot when we lived in Tucson. We moved to Phoenix 15 years ago. We still come here the last 3 years to fix up our rental to put in the market. We usuall call our host to get a room. Our gambling actions qualify us for comped rooms even during Gem Show week. They have good 21 blackjack rules. They have a crap table now and I usuall play 3 to 4 hours during my 1-night stay, while my wife play BJ and video poker. Food choices are limited. Now the buffet is opened during weekends and it is fine. I like this hotel. The hotel is nxt to the Airport. There were time when the airfore jets are making a lot of noise in the morning. I guess therer is not much the hotel can do.
Great service, delicious healthy food (I had the house chef salad) a great price, AND I had to take leftovers with me!
I took my son there today and the food was amazing. Hy ordered a simple cheeseburger with French fries, and I had the fish-and-chips. His hamburger was probably the biggest hamburger I've ever seen in my entire life.?The waitress was very helpful and brought drinks without even asking for refills. The portions were perfect and the restaurant was very clean,highly recommend.
At first we were sD that the the buffet wasn't open, but the food here was excellent! I had the salmon. My husband had the enchiladas, we got the veggie tempura. All was absolutely delicious and the price was very fair!
The food is good, but overpriced 4 what u get. Mini burger needs upgraded 4 that price. Wrong salad delivered 2 room, but had enough dressing so thank you 4 that.
It was my birthday, so we didn't mind the expense. We ordered the surf and turf. And grilled octopus! The staff we're great.But, when our meal came(for two) The steak was tiny and mashed potatoes we're great and artachoke's and a baby carrot.The shrimp we're rubbery and tasted like they we're forgotten in the bottom of a freezer for almost as long as that octopus. It was so old and freezer burnt it was white.It was taken off the check. So we paid close to $100.still hungry! Had to go straight to the snack bar. Buy a brownie. To get that nast taste out of our mouths.
It was really yummy just expecting more with how much we payed for room n to find out later no one would deliver to location kinda sucked but still had a fabulous time!!!!
