Oh my goodness, so delicious! The coffee cake is to die for. I was in heaven enjoying it. My son and I stopped in today and really enjoyed the club sandwich and the New York sandwich on the Rosemary bread. We both can't rave enough about how amazingly delicious they both were. We love the atmosphere and friendly staff! Thank you for offering gluten free & dairy free choices in our community ?
I thought I would be skipping birthday cake like usual due to my allergies, but the GF oreo cakes blew my mind!!!! ? Seriously, they were beyond my expectations and absolutely delicious. I will be returning for more baked treats. High praise to this Baker.
This bakery always seems busy when we visit, for good reason. I've been baking GF for 25 years, bake a lot and only buy baked goods when traveling. Another reviewer commented that the bakery mostly uses rice flour (because it's cheap)--we'll it's not actually all that cheap when you buy certified GF flour. I use lots of grain/seed flours and don't expect a small commercial bakery to be quite as diversified when they have to meet many dietary requirements, which Dedicated does. We purchased cream puffs, sandwich bread and a few other goodies. The hamburger rolls toasted up nicely. I used the sandwich bread for lunches and french toast and it held up well for both. I think the service could be improved.
This place is amazing!! As someone who has suffered from very serious gluten allergies, being able to eat goodies that I haven't been able to eat in years is so exciting. Not to mention everything is so delicious, you can't even tell that it's GF! I ordered my birthday cake this past week, Jennifer was super kind and helpful with understanding what I was wanting and the cake came out better than I could have imagined. Thank you so much, you guys are AWESOME!
The cookies are amazing. Sandwiches? Not so much. The bread tasted really stale (it’s not because it’s gluten free - I’ve have had many gluten free breads that you can’t even tell the difference from regular) and it was really hard so it crumbled and was difficult to eat. Also, not reasonably priced - $12 per sandwich, that I was not impressed with. They did add a lot of cheese though, which almost made up for it. But also had very unripe tomatoes. Just wasn’t a great experience, and stressful for someone who has specific dietary needs.
This place is literally thebomb.com (yes I said it!!!). I haven’t been able to eat gluten for years and I’ve tried so many GF places and a lot of them skimp and have very little to offer. This place offers everything your gluten-free body is craving!!! Go and spend all your money here, support a small biz, and do a happy dance while you eat!
Seems to have really gone downhill lately; the food is OK but it's kind of expensive and often dry/overly dense. It seems like they used to have a much wider selection of products
Wonderful magic place for my ridiculous unworking gut. Great customer service and great food reasonably priced. However, for people who don't really avoid gluten and it's their first time it would be helpful to disclose that gluten free bread molds quicker. I know this so I freeze my bread when I get home, make it last for months. It may be new news for some people so it's good to let them know. Maybe put it on packaging or something.
Second time getting food here while passing through Tucson. The little sweet breads are so so yummy. Today I got the chic pea salad and sourdough bread. Didn’t care for the chic pea salad at all but the bread was delicious. Both times I’ve left I’ve thought, “there’s no way this is gf bc it’s so good”, but it is. They have gf vegan items, and we’re able to tell me what had soy (I have a soy allergy), so I was able to avoid it. Yummy, clean and cute little place.
I asked for a custom cake to be made from this bakery and they absolutely delivered. I bought the cake for myself for my birthday. The decorations on top were beautiful. It was also super delicious!. I definitely recommend anyone to come here if you want to buy a custom cake, or even order their goods on display. I'm super impressed with everything and everyone who works here.
