I'll be calling for the general manager tomorrow. I watched her drop my cup on the floor, pick it up, throw away the lid, and put a new lid on the cup and go back to fill it with more ice cream.When I calmly called them out on what I know I saw, they denied it, saying they threw the cup away. I didn't ask them to make me a new one, because I was afraid what they'd do to it. They were rude and totally disregarded my complaint. I was in shock, I just took the cup and drove away. This was after waiting in line after 30 minutes so I think I was too frustrated to deal with the situation. I didn't eat the Blizzard, I thought about it, lol, but was too weirded out.I strongly recommend avoiding the Midvale location.
Very poor customer service. Lots of employees but not organized at all. No adult management on the premesis, no one is in charge. I don't know why the owners don't install a cheap video camera so they can see the mad house that goes on in the evenings and weekends. Just a suggestion.
Ordered a pbcup cake to be picked up the next nightAll the young staff was working hard, young girl brought it out & did a excellent job on the happy bday on it. Great service, nice young workers. Good job ??
We got there a few minutes ago and there was no line the employee's were standing around talking and we had to wait 15 minutes for 3 cups for our kids. Kids got mad because we never had to wait that long. Will be going back to see if they can do better....
Bad customer service … worker missed half our order even after she repeated it and then we had to wait and extra 15 minutes for the second half while the ice cream we already had melted and then when I asked her to remake the other ones she slammed the window in our face and started gossiping with employees … she looked to be a manager or shift leader had a darker shirt on… but very unprofessional and I had bought a lot and bring business there. Maybe less time flirting in the corner and more attentive to staff.
Blizzard tasted like regular vanilla ice cream with no extra flavoring
Very poor service!I went thru the drive thru today and got a glass of chocolate milk that was suppose to be a chocolate malt. It was all liquid. The malts that I have gotten from all the other DQ's have always been so thick you could hardly drink them until they melted a little. i will contact DQ's customer relations.
Worse service ever, I understand they are extremely busy but customers should not be ignored at the counter. The orders should be taken yet no cared to do so. I don't mind waiting for my order to be made but I do mind waiting for my order to be taken. Not coming back.
I know this place is very busy but the drive through cashier was very rude....she did NOT flip over Our blizzards like the are supposed to....and We paid for extra cooikies in one of the blizzards and she didn't even tell Us which one had the extra in it.....i'd really like to only give them half a star for this trip 3/18/22
So idk what but you guys have to be careful when blending legit have a blizzard with a chip lip and a plastic piece was found in there.Edit: SO we just FOUND two more pieces. PLEASE be careful blending this is dangerous my brother almost choked
