This place gets PACKED in the evening. Its like this is the only spot people think of that has ice cream ??
I went wit my family on 5/14/22. There was 9 cars I'm the drive thru, so we went inside to order. All 9 of the drive thru orders came and went Before we got our 3 items. We waited 45 minutes, already paid. I asked for a free cone , or something, because we waited so long. The cashier said, " you need to contact the owner." Never apologized that order took 45 minutes. Bad service, won't ever come back.
The car infront of my had problems and took forever than when I got to the pick up window they were throwing all my stuff in the trash. They opened the window and started to hand me the wrong order. I had to wait for them to remake it all which was making people behind me honk and get upset.
The best hot fudge sundae in town!! Add the pecans, whipped cream and a cherry, yumeeee....

On December 17th I pulled into the drive thru to purchase 17, $10 gift certificates for our family Christmas party. I was welcomed by a young man at the window, who began helping me. As he was helping me, a woman employee came over and said "are you kidding me", and then reprimanded the young man in front of me, belittling him. I felt sorry for him and then she turned to me complaining about the the back up of cars I was causing and said, "do you really want 17 cards" and she wanted to know if I was paying cash because they would not take a card because they had been frauded before. She made me feel as if I was doing something wrong, as I pulled away I was thinking, I thought debit was same as cash? So I pulled over and tried calling the DQ to ask the question but got know answer.I realize this is a busy time of year but I feel when your in the customer service, employees need to be more professional. The woman employee could of simply asked me to pull around to the other window, politely tell me about their policy and then (tell the young man what she needed to say in a professional manner in private.) Funny thing is, I had bought several cards the year before at Christmas, same DQ at the 1st window and used a card. I won't be going back and I encourage others to beware.
This Dairy Queen has always been amazing since the 90's! Kind and quick service with amazing products.
