Apparently the car in front of us had ordered $150 worth of ice cream and the staff was kicking butt to fill in this order. They all had great attitudes and we’re working very hard. The ice cream was great as well!
I was pretty disappointed when visiting here the last couple times. And i don't mean to be picky or critique harshly but they last time i ordered a banana split and there was like maybe a teaspoon of chocolate and caramel and thenhalf cup of pineapples lol.. And then when I ask the girls for some nuts they gave me a cup of whole peanuts !!! I think they were annoyed with being interrupted from talking amongst themselves ??
DQ Corporate: please invest in bigger buildings, always huge lines everywhere here in Tucson, most of our times we just go to QT. Your menu is just delicious, but next season is here: expand in building size.
Tried to order inside but spent fifteen minutes waiting at the register while the three employees behind the counter fulfilled drive-thru orders and squabbled about whether a banana split contains bananas. Can't speak to the quality of the food since I didn't wait around to find out, but my advice is only go here if you plan to stay in your vehicle. I understand the drive-thru can be busy when it's 100° out on a Saturday, but that's no reason to completely ignore the people waiting inside the store.
Waste of time, my husband tried to call first because this is the fourth time they had no dilly bars. So he drove over there again this time and waited in a long line at 9pm at night to be told they still didn't have them. Also that they don't serve food so it was a total waste of gas.I thought they may have been short staffed but my husband said there were four people working. So yeah we are done wasting our time there.
Where do I begin???? Great ice cream great employees who get your order out promptly and with a smile!!! I recommend the marshmallow creme with the liquid peanut butter in the vanilla blizzard and I get nirvana with EVERY BITE!!! YUM YUM GIVE ME SOME!!!!
Dairy queen is Dairy queen, no one can do it better. The ice cream is so delicious. The service is great. Thank you dairy queen staff.
Ordered two banana splits the wait time was long the service was not friendly and what made things worse the bananas were rotten .My attempts to contact anyone with the phone number listed has been unsuccessful. In addition we thought the receipt was in the bag , guess what it wasn’t. Not happy with this at all.
*They have chocolate ice cream!*. We went there for Blizzards yesterday, and they were delicious, with plenty of pieces of candy blended in. The staff were all kind and service was quick. Inflation has definitely caught up though, so our 2 Blizzards cost $14! Pretty ridiculous price-wise, but okay for an occasional treat.This location is either drive-through or just a couple seats inside, but has no bathroom.
Made chocolate Royale brownie over load with vanilla was told I had to request chocolate cups were messy with ice cream and syrup, too many dqs to go back to this one
