Lazy staff, messy car. The workers made a liquidy blizzard , filled it past the edge of the cup, and put a tall lid see-through lid on it instead of fixing their mistake, when I took the lid off a bunch flew out of the cup and went all over my car because they were lazy and didn't fix their mistake
This is a great place to take my grandkids. They look forward to it and believe when they know we're going. Only wish it were the grill dairy queen. There's not much choice out here.
For the most part I really love this dairy queen. it is close and convenient and they are all around pretty awesome. The only thing that I don't like about this location, We come here 3 times a week at least. We come here after ever service project. We nicknamed it Service Queen. lol. But often they are closed early and open late. Right now it is 1041 and Google says they are open at 10. We have been here at night where they have closed 45 minutes early quite often. more than 6. Which can be frustrating with the car full of kids and an ice cream addiction. Lol
Show up @1010pm on a Friday to a lot open sign out front but employees cleaning and won't acknowledge multiple cars in drive thru and have locked up already even though hours are listed open until 1030pm. This place is disappointing every time!
The prices were a little bit more than I wanted but it was ok. The service was great
I wish they would ask their employees to be more attentive and friendlier. Every time I go they seem a little snotty and just want to get me out the window. Act like you want the job! It’s important to build a good customer foundation so people go back- regardless of how delicious the ice cream is. Thank you

My family stopped here for a quick lunch before heading to the Saguaro National Park. They have a drive thru, but for food they only sell non-fried meals. So, no burgers. Only grilled chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, and chili dogs. They seem to sell all the ice cream treats.
Who serves you a chili dog stood up in a bag? This place does. I didn't get my chips either. That's a big miss after sitting in a drive-thru for 10 minutes with just three cars in line.
