They created an amazing birthday cake for our kiddos 6th birthday! We were so pleasantly surprised when we picked up the cake after just giving only minimal direction. Really made the party!!
Like night and day when compared to the Prince location. The server was so friendly and patient, even when asked repetitive, even ridiculous questions. Even as a crowd began arriving, and line formed, she remained welcoming, upbeat and friendly!
This location is my closest and does a partial menu. My family went to eat here about a month ago and were ignored due to understaffing and a doordash order. (NOT their fault but the customer service could have been better.) We ended up leaving after the server failed to acknowledge me standing there for over five minutes fiddling with their Doordash order. (I deal with DD on my daily job and customers in store come first DD can always be adjusted for prep time etc) My family left this particular occasion and went somewhere else. Recommended for ice cream but take your dinner expectations elsewhere. Especially if there's just one or two customers ordering inside the restaurant.
0 stars. Went here to pick up an order already placed and online it says the shop closes at 10. We arrived at 8:45 and 2 girls just looked at us and shut the door and locked it. We went to the drive thru, nothing. Called, nothing. Walked back up to the door to get the attention of now 3 people in there and they looked away as I stood there for a couple minutes while they just filled their own cups of ice cream and ate it. Not sure why it says it closes at 10 when obviously it closes earlier and the staff is horrible!
Very clean and efficient. I love the hot fudge sundaes. Super delicious. The hot fudge just ignites the vanilla ice cream perfectly.
Apparently closes somewhere between 20:00-20:30, not the 22:00 listed on their site.The staff at this location has customer avoidance down to an art.I doubt contacting the franchise owner will do anything.This place is a mess. It appears to have zero oversight.The garbage I witnessed tonight is culture based. Make a complaint, get a free blizzard and a promise that “someone” is gonna get a “good talkin’ to”…Guaranteed that nothing will change here until the bottom line finally reflects the angst shared by those who (likely) wasted their time sharing their experience at this place, or the health inspector locks the doors due to the establishment appearing to be more of an illicit drug needle injection safe site. Your mileage may vary, but not likely.
Exceptionally slow service on a quiet night with no-one else in the lobby, especially considering there were 3 people in the back.Missing items to top it all off, and inattentive staff left us waiting for ages to ask about it.Took almost half an hour to get a chicken sandwich and some fries, and the drinks were almost all ice.Update; opened my burger, and there's a bread tag literally just chilling there lol
My mom and I stop here all the time for large vanilla cones, they are normally decent sized and the wait when you go inside is normally not too long. The only reason I can’t give a five star odd because the employees never have a good attitude. They are either grumpy and harsh or they remind you of a zombie. Neither one of these are good.
Waited in line 30 minutes. Cars in front and in back of me. Would have left if I could. Nobody responds at the menu board so I drive to the window after it clears. I’m greeted by a RUDE women saying “the speaker is broken, you could have pulled up” first, there were cars in line. No I couldn’t have “pulled up” second, maybe have the brains to put a sign on the menu board saying the speaker is broken please pull forward. I won’t be back. I advise people take there business elsewhere. Plenty of places to get ice cream in Tucson.
TERRIBLE service on 1/28/2022. After waiting 30 minutes at the speaker the line finally cleared for me to move forward. I get up to the window without even ordering yet just to immediately get attitude from the younger associate “Our speaker is broken. You weren’t trapped I mean you could’ve left.” No I couldn’t leave cause of the cars in front of me, I finally pulled up when the cars cleared. I do not work there how am I supposed to know the speaker is broken especially when there’s no signs indicating it was broken. I was looking forward to finally ordering my ice cream but I refuse to give my money to this location especially with customer service like that. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go to this location. Drive to River & La cholla instead.
