Where to begin? Who is hiring or training the staff here? They are always rude, unprofessional, and clueless to resturant etiquette. This merely begins to describe the characteristics of the staff here. I get it, there are a lot of teenagers working here with no direction or leadership on duty. These kids act like you’re in the hallways of a ghetto high school. They can’t greet customers, they can’t take orders correctly, and certainly can’t make orders correct. Ultimately they don’t give a [email protected] about your experience. I have been there and seen this behavior for years. Why am I a glutton for punishment you ask? Well I like to try to support local businesses and especially businesses on the West side of town where there are few options. I repeatedly try to give this place an opportunity to redeem itself and over and over it disappoints me. Can the owners please step up and take responsibility for the crass staff that they continue to hire? I’m asking for a friend. Please accept responsibility and make some changes before everyone stops supporting your business.
Corporate needs to visit this place the employees are just standing around and they are making the company products in a real sloppy way . The manager needs to be held accountable that his or her employees are real bad . There need to be a clean up of employees and have people that want to work and aren't kids.
Staff is rude and they have no knowledge of the DQ app. They said they don’t have themInstall, they asked me for a coupon code to honor the app price because they don’t have the scanner. I told them I don’t know how to get it. I asked to talk to manager and he said “I am the manager” I said “you are? How do you not know how to get the codes from the app?” He said “I’m not the owner I don’t make up these things” I said “obviously” and owner would be more knowledgeable. He walked away and closed the window. Very very rude
I love this location! I got a peanut buster parfait and asked for extra fudge and they HOOKED IT UP! Super nice staff, will be coming to this location again!:)
Quick service and quality product but they need to open the lobby, because I ordered a cone of chocolate ice cream dipped in chocolate shell. Ended up with vanilla. Need to fix their speaker or open the walk in lobby for service.
Poor customer service. They did not give us our mini blizzard. We had to go back. We called them to give us our blizzard they said they would and if there was a line when we got there that they would bring us our product out to us to the parking lot. My father asked if we could get a larger size since we went all the way back and waited a long time to get our blizzard that never came. We didn’t even get what we ordered. Plus they were extremely rude to my father. I don’t understand a business/ restaurant that doesn’t give what is paid for. We paid and went to your business and you didn’t give us what we paid for.
I have been to this Dairy Queen a hundred times over the past few years. And I have never had an issue until recently. The last couple times I have been there, the employees are high out of their mind. Can barely take my order, and sometimes don’t even ask for payment (I always hand my card out anyways) they have also given me the wrong order twice before. I was there last night and the gentleman at the window couldn’t even tell me my total or order, it was concerning. My order was correct, and the ice cream was great! Just wish they would be a little more professional!
Went here on a Saturday night. Hard to access from the road but we parked to walk up only to find out their lobby is closed and it is drive thru only. So we had to drive around to find the entrance to their parking lot. There was a sign on the drive thru that said "no walk ups sorry for the inconvenience". So clearly it is a common enough problem that they have to have a sign about it. Nothing online says the lobby is closed. The service was pretty stand teenage dairy queen service. However 5 employees with only one actually working despite the line of 10+ cars. Ice cream was okay. Standard DQ blizzard.
Horrible customer service. Never have the right stuff in stock. It seems they only hire teens to work at this location with no guidance.I had to go ask for a refund because my order wasn't even close to correct on the blizzard. I just ended up walking out, Throwing it away . Wasn't worth arguing through a drive through window .Do your self a favor. BUY THE ICECREAM FROM THE STORE ! It isn't worth it !
I would avoid this place completely. $8 wasted for a mediocrity. Ice cream was melted by the time we got to window and he did the flip cup, but the way they do it, they are trained so it never slips out.Happened to me more often than not. Save your money and go to screamery or even the Wendy's down the block to get your soft served ice cream. Pathetic
