I've been coming here for years and they never let me down always amazing just like there workers !
Went a few times on holiday. The wait time is usually 5 minutes or less. All items were as ordered and looking and tasting good.
This is my favorite location... always fast and friendly service and the treats are always on point.
Blizzards were amazing, like always. Service on the other hand... lacking.
The pup cups were barely full and the Blizzards were melted. When I mentioned in to the kid at the window, he got a female kid to come to the window and she had mondo attitude and was schooling me that my dogs only get 3 oz.... That is not three oz unless maybe you weigh it with the dog bone in it. When I told her I order them all the time and it wasn't right.. She had the attitude of "oh well" and she wouldn't even top them off a little. I wasn't going to force the issue of EVERYTHING being wrong because I always think someone will do something horrible to the food. (My ex husband used to work in fast food in high school and had stories of what they all did). Nightmare visit for sure with nightmare emoyees. ? Poor doggies only got a smidgen of ice cream on their Saturday drive. Bad Diary Queen! Bad!

Very disappointed in this product. I have visited this Dairy Queen several times because it is the only ice cream place close to my house and every single time I get an order I have to put it in my freezer for over an hour because it is melted into a pile of soup. Also when somebody orders vanilla ice cream with hot fudge and Reese‘s peanut butter cups and they are handed a melted pile of ice cream soup in a cup with no hot fudge, there was barely any chunks of Reese‘s peanut butter cup and my ice cream was not even white which vanilla ice cream should be white even with hot fudge inside of it . This place is an utter disappointment every single time I go. I would rather drive way across town to Baskin Robbins and get real authentic ice cream

I ordered a strawberry milkshake - no whipped cream and got whipped cream anyway. Neat.
Stopped here on free ice cream cone day and to my surprise was not very crowded. Thanks dairy Queen for the free ice cream cones.
