Usually the employees are nice! But tonight, my boyfriend forgot his wallet and we only ordered one thing, we paid with coins but the employee completely ignored us and was incredibly rude.

This place is very inconsistent. Sometimes blizzards are fully mixed and some times not mixed at all and all contents of the blizzards are at the bottom.
It's 15 minutes befor closing time but their ovens are already off so I can't get a warm brownie treat!
This is great location, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The only issue is that either they're understaffed or have slow service because there's always a REALLY LONG line at the drive thru.

Of all the dairy queen's I have visited in Tucson, this is one that is above all the rest . My Sundae was made perfectly. I definitely got my money's worth. Thank you ! I will be back and even plan to drive a little farther to go to this specific store! :)
