I went to this location on Prince they have a sign that says ( order here open) but the window is closed so you have to drive around lose your spot on the drive through when I ask the employees they were very rude one kid was throwing stuff around all I ask is for them to shut off the sign when the windows is closed they said you can read the sign that says window close but you cannot read it from the streets when you pull up
Consistently get orders wrong. Worst blizzard of all time. Do they even put the toppings in them? Orange Julius was just orange juice.Disappointing each time ... Likely won't be back for awhile.Screamery isn't that much further.
The wait in drive thru wasn't as bad as it seemed, the line moved rather quickly. The girl who took our order was rather rude and didn't seem to want to be there. We ordered blizzards and mine was Oreo cookies and mostly ice cream with about 3 cookies in it that weren't even broken down.
Pulled up and almost thought it was closed, as no line inside or drive thru, but then 2 workers popped out of back. Said we needed a few minutes to look at menu and decide. Operator said just let me know when ready. After a couple minutes, operator asked, sounded audibly exasperated and annoyed, "Are you ready yet?" I said "nope, not yet." After a little more time, and again sounding audibly annoyed and impatient, "Are you re-aaady?" Are you kidding? Are we keeping you? There's no one behind us, so not sure why you care how long we take to decide. I left without ordering. Sorry not Sorry, don't really need any sass with my frozen dairy treat.
Ice cream really good but 6 cars in front of me, took 25 minutes in line to get a small cone, I spent more in gas waiting, then for cone
My only main complaint is that they are very busy. Regardless of the time. But what can I say everybody loves dairy Queen.
They have some of the best treats for us, I only wished they would serve hamburgers as they do in New Mexico...
The guy who helped me was very rude. Usually they are very kind and helpful but they new guy seemed as if he wished he was elsewhere and hated his job.
Worst customer service ive ever had in my life. Had to come back though a very busy drive through twice because the girl didnt tell me the first time that what i ordered, they didnt even have, so she just gave me a vanilla ice cream, and then proceeded to give me a major attitude when i came back and asked her to make me a new one. Unreal. Cant wait for the new location to open, since this one is run by extremely rude teenagers.
