I love dairy queen, but today when I went the cashier said their taking away from the menu butterscotch and the cherry flavor for dipped cones. I would give a five star but just for that reason I can't, those flavors are tradition. (P.S I am not rating a 4 to customer service, they are awesome employees! They get a 5.)
For it being ran by teens they've always got my order right and a timely fashion . Freaking crazy considering it's hard to get adults to be that on point

Tried Blizzard cookie dough, strawberry banana smoothie and Butterscotch cone. Nice. We liked it.
I don't normally get mad about dumb stuff but I called in advance to see if the walk up window was open, I CALLED IN ADVANCE, they said yeah, a few minutes later, I walked up, and there was a sign on the window saying it was closed, so I walked there for nothing. Good ice cream tho, I'd be happy if I could get some.
I've been a few times but my items were not made correctly any time I went. I first ordered a mint oreo shake and this had way too much mint in the shake and barely any oreo. I didn't even finish the shake because it was so strong and over blended. The last time I went I ordered my favorite blizzard, the smores, but the blizzard was over blended; there were no full bars of the chocolate. While I was served what I ordered, I was extremely disappointed by the quality of the product. I expect the employees to know how to actually make something with correct portions of toppings, but this doesn't seem to be the case. I would consider driving to other locations in the future to get better quality.
Always friendly and fast service. Coupons are always excepted, a well ran store, just wish it was full service with hot food too, like many in the Midwest.
It doesn't seem right that I go so much I can't eat ice cream unless it's dairy free. Everyone sure enjoys it.
