That's a price of sharp plastic in my garden salad ! ...........This is an addition to the original review .corporate contacted me and told me that they made the franchise owners aware of this.im pretty sure that they know there obviously lacking training or quality control. Save yourself the hassle don't choke on a chunk of plastic .next this location 100%
Really chill place to grab quick food and fast. Very friendly staff and really good food. Especially like that they offer a gluten free bun for those wanting to fulfill their gluten free needs but still wanting a burger. And as always, their concrete mixers are delicious. Definitely would recommend if you want a really delicious tasting burger, fries, and/or a drink or concrete mixer (custard based drink)
I personally received good service. However a customer came in very slightly upset that they had placed a curbside order and had been waiting outside for 10 minutes. An employee told her that they just got the order, which is fine. He didn't apologize though, or say something like "I am sorry for the wait. The order just came in. We will get it out to you as soon as possible". I have worked in customer service previously so I found the interaction rude and awkward for the customer.
All of my food was hot and fresh and delicious! The dining room was nice and clean. There was very little wait before receiving my order. Also there was a manager(late 40s?, partial gray hair, glasses, tattoo sleeves--so sorry that I don't remember his name!) and he provided extremely polite and enthusiastic customer service which seems to be a dying art these days. Thank you so much for all of your help and the wonderful meal! ❤️
This Culver's is in a great location, and it's very well staffed and all the workers were very happy and helpful. It was really clean inside and they have curbside pickup and a window and inside seating and they have the best custard shakes and custard ice cream and my mom really loves the walleye when it's available! Clean convenient and friendly staff is always a great find! Harry and Molly really liked it too because they got a little bit of custard and a little bit of a really good mushroom cheeseburger!
Cheese curds and pretzel bites with a root beer is my go to. They are amazing! The ice cream(frozen custard) is also great. I'm always excited to find out what the ice cream of the day is when I stop by. The only other items I've had is the burger and fries. Both were good. The staff is always friendly and the food comes out quickly. I've never been inside so I can't comment on the cleanliness.
Turtle custard? Yes, please. And make it a double scoop! Great accompaniment to my cod fish sandwich and my daughter's double cheeseburger. This is a little slice of Wisconsin, and where we both first came to love Culver's. Consistently great food, wonderful staff, and very, very clean surroundings. Solid!
Fernando & his crew are doing excellent customer service. My wait time was too long and they took the time to check on me and then Fernando personally took care of my order & was so very kind. Truly exceptional customer service in this day & age. Thank u!!!
This particular Culver's was EXTRA fire. My wife got mad because I ordered my fries "crispy" and they were amazing. I shared mine. They have crinkle fries that are good but I always ask for crispy trust me! The deluxe burger was so good! It was perfect and fat and juicy. Not greazy drippy juice, just fresh cooked beef juice juice lol. One of the best take out burgers I've ever had. Hell yeah. Sorry no photos to go w it. Too hungry today.
