Tonight we ordered online for curb side pickup. When we notified them we had arrived we proceeded to wait 20 minutes for the food. Only had a burger with onion rings and two sundaes. When I went inside they were bagging up my food and proceeded to state that a rush had just started. The whole time I was there I only saw 3 vehicles in the drive thru come in at a time and nobody was dining in it seemed. Normally I would not write a review and hope for better service in the future. But this has become a regular thing, no matter the time of day, if I order online, inside, or at the drive thru. On top of that, every time I order a sundae they give it to me all melty. I took this picture at home but I only live a few minutes away (this doesn’t happen when I go to DQ which is further away). This tells me they probably make the ice cream while someone in the back is cooking orders and the ice cream sits until my order is ready to go out. I really enjoy the food but it is still fast food and should not have to consistently wait a prolonged period of time for it, especially when I receive it in sub-par condition in the form of melty ice cream. I will say the workers are friendly and have never been rude, they are either understaffed or just not efficient. Having said that I suspect poor management is the cause as it does seem like the workers are trying to roll orders out quickly.
Had a grilled chicken sandwich. It was good, nothing special. Didn't seem to have any sort of condiment on it so bit dry. Had the mashed potatoes with gravy as a side. Pretty awful, tasted instant and watery. My friend had a double cheeseburger and fries. Looked good.We had a side of cheese curds. They have changed the look of the curds but they were ok.Didn't have enough iced tea for both of us, so I just had water even though I had paid for a drink. The prices seemed exceptionally high for what we got. Almost $30. Not a good value for the small amount of food.
A little different option for quick serve foods. This chain is known for it's fresh selections, including fresh fish filets available as either a sandwich or platter. Their sweet tea was SUPER sweet, so I mixed it with their unsweetened ice tea 5 to 1. There's bound to be something on the menu to whet your appetite. This location has always been clean and tidy.Culver's really is a cut above your regular burger joints.
Fish dinner as always is very good. Wife and I split a split a 3 piece dinner. Just right. She even gave me 2 (two) bites of her soft-serve dessert. Ain't she sweet!
Culver's is not known for their seafood dishes, but somehow their fried cod dinner plate, which is equivalent to Fish and Chip, is prepared well and very tasty. The fried fish was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The service was typical Culver's, which means good. This particular restaurant is clean and bright.
On this day every item that was ordered was on the tray exactly as ordered. We visit often twice/wk and order potatoes NO gravy but get gravy or utensils are missing. Entrees are most often done correctly. This restaurant used to strive for excellence in their customer Satisfaction with their greetings, friendliness, and offers to get customers something else. NOT since Covid.Tables aren't always tended too also.
The hamburgers are really good. Best updated a long time. People are friendly. I thought it were a fish and chips go by I want to try that it look great. Nice and clean.
The food was good, but they seemed a bit confused about their menu items. I ordered a fish plate and they told me they didn't serve that item. A bit confused and disappointed, I ordered a chicken finger plate instead. When I got to the window I asked the server if they were just out of fish for the day or if they had discontinued selling it. He seemed confused and told me they had plenty of the product despite me being told they were not selling it. It took all my willpower to not demand he change my order to what I wanted. I sadly took my chicken fingers and tried to enjoy them.
Burgers were delicious pretzel bites and cheese sauce was to die for. Also some really nice lady gave us free ice cream coupons!! Overall great first time experience at Culver's
