This is what I’ve gotten on 2 occasions this week. Management needs to fire or retrain their workers. The pics you see on the web are deceiving. I review food all the time and I usually do not comment on franchises but this can’t be overlooked.
Twice now I’ve ordered milkshakes from here just for it to be a soup of melted ice cream wouldn’t recommend this location
The ice cream was very good the service and servers seem like they were not happy whit there jobs not a smile on there face and they didn't even say hello welcome in I spent about $50 to $60 and I was saying yes please and thank you being very polite but not one person was polite back like I said I'll give it 5 Starz cuz of the ice cream other than that's service a zero sorry just giving good feedback
Madison and Alley took care of us. Over the top service. Alley makes the best waffle cones
It was clean. Good atmosphere. We had 10 in our party. Our waitress provided excellent service to us. The food was very good. Prices are reasonable. It's a good place to take the family, as well as just the two of us.
Yummy the staff does a Great job on my Chocolate, with brownie, and chocolate chips, plus chocolate syrup, when there done, I always ask for hot fudge on top soooo good ? Thank You. I'll be back.

The ice cream is DELICIOUS! I have a sensitive tummy and this was fine. I believe it is a quality product with outstanding service.

Employee had an attitude I came in 10 minutes to close rushed us out of the store and didn’t make my ice cream how I ordered it, when asked to correct it he refused and locked the door I refuse to give a place with such rude employees business at this point I would just like my money back
