Yikes! I haven’t been to Cold Stone for a while as in my city there’s not many location. For an ice cream that’s called “Oreo overload,” oreo underload is more like it.I get that they had a lot of trainees, but for an $8 ice cream I’d hope that they can make it right. The manager had to correct the employee before he gave it to us (he only filled about half the cup) but it was still underwhelming.Very little Oreo pieces inside. No wonder so many cold stones have closed down in Houston!
The girl who served me wasn’t friendly and was extremely short and waisted a good portion of my ice cream she could have added to the rest of my bowl, but Instead she scraped it into the trash. I didn’t feel right paying over $7 for my tiny “like it”
Don’t come here unless you want to be served soup for $14. Literally handed me a cup full of slosh. You moved the cup around and saw the “ice cream” slosh around. Terrible experience. They also ask you for a tip when they don’t even give you a spoon for your slosh.
I went here awhile back n it was so good n the staff was friendly.
Ice cream was just okay with hastily mixed ingredients. The entire experience was just mediocre.
Absolutely AMAZING. The young lady who was working this morning was running behind in her opening set up (that is 100% due to her day off being ruined by getting called in at the VERY last minute).The young lady was PROFESIONAL, APOLOGIZED for the stone not being cold, and assisted us with out with our order.I asked for February flavor (CHOCOLATE covered strawberry) and this young lady needs a promotion because the way she made it was 100% spot on..
The staff especially Isabel was very unprofessional. Myself and my 3 kids went. I was ordering for all 4 of us but they took the ice cream and every child would follow the worker so we could stay in line with the order. So when it came to me the lady Isabel gave me the wrong cone twice. I kept telling her my order and she continuously did it wrong. I will not return. The price was super expensive and I did not get what I wanted. I was so frustrated I just took the wrong one. And when we were done the young lady through thru one of the incorrect ice creams in the trash and walked off very abruptly abruptly I couldn't believe how rude she was So I asked for the manager and found out she was the shift leader. I have never had such an awful time getting an order correct before today.

The place was ok for the most part. Two complaints that always seem to happen when I visit. I was there yesterday and they overfilled my shake with whip cream to the point there was enough to offset two full scoops of ice cream. Please be careful so it doesn't take more room then the ice cream. Number two when u guys are busy close to close don't skip over ppl in line . Do it in the order that we come in . It starts to cause all types of confusion.
