Worst experience I've had at a church's. Didn't give me everything I ordered. Also found something in my food. NOT COOL!!
The chicken tender is delicious it's my favorite chicken and make it good job thank you Guys ? Decent food ? ? ? ? ??
Got two smokehouse chickens they had feathers still on them and they were fried and hard as a brick.The biscuits were the same way.
Service was quick and chicken and chicken sandwiches were on point.
The food was great. The chicken was cooked and seasoned to taste. They provided a large amount for the money. The service was outstanding. I would highly recommend Church's Chicken over Popeyes hand down.
Good food good customer service and great prices
The food is good but this location needs some customer skills. My third time at this location and the employees always seem annoyed that they have to wait on customers. The atmosphere is really bad.Hopefully corporate can go in there one day unannounced and receive the service I have received.
Go to a different location. Church's Chicken is a good chicken fast food place, but this location should be avoided. The area is very low-end scary with people you will want to avoid in a shopping center filled with sketchy characters. The employees were seen to touch their faces and wipe their noses/mouths with bare hands while prepping food.
We arrived at 8:15 pm, they close at10:00 pm and they said they had no more Chicken ready and if we would have to wait 45 min, so we said no problem and the Manager was so upset that we were willing to wait ! 10 other people came to the window and he told them the same...they were all upset and left, horrible attitude and will never eat at this location again, will be calling cooperate in the morning to let them know how bad the service was and the manager should not be in any manager position...
Honestly if I can leave zero stars I would. The night crew are a bunch of young kids that are very disrespectful. They close early, they always say they don’t have a certain something, take forever to give customers their food. I had a really bad experience with them recently. They were very disrespectful to my parents who went to pick up an online order and didn’t give them their food. I complained with a manager and she did apologize but they did nothing. I wanted my money back and I had to contact my back to get it reversed. Will never be going back there again!!
