I have a large family and tend to order a lot of chicken. But they are always nice and always get my order right. Even if they are having a bad day.
Food is tasty for the most part. A few of the okras had a funky flavor, I just spit those out. The chicken was good - juicy and flavorful.BUT, it makes me super nervous about the kitchen cleanliness if the dining room is this disgusting? Grime everywhere. Sickness. The missing stars are all about this, and I didn't even venture into the bathroom which would probably be a nightmare based on the dining room.Clean up and keep it clean if you want more business and more stars.
Love the biscuits, chicken is good, but the corn on the cob not so good, no flavor to it at all
After the last two weeks, I will not be returning to this location. As a busy wife and mother, I chose this location because if the convenience of the drive thru. My husband sends me to Church’s at least once a week for his dinner. 2 weeks ago, I ordered a #4, corn in the cob, large Diet Coke no ice and an apple pie. Get home and the chicken was old and burnt, and they forgot the apple pie. Strike 1.Last week, I was ordering for him and my son. One # 4 with corn on the cob, large Diet Coke no ice, apple pie. One #3, Mac and cheese and a large sprite. Get home and I have two 3 pieces, 2 corn on the cobs. I had to drive back for 2 tenders and an order of Mac and cheese. Strike 2.Tonight, pull up to the drive thru. I sat there for 5 minutes (no exaggeration, I’m serious) and no one even said “I’ll be right with you.” I was just ignored the entire time I sat there. There was only one other car in the drive thru, also. So I drove off and went to the one on Golf Links and Kolb.And this isn’t even all the issues we’ve had at this location. This is just the last 2 weeks. And, believe me, I am not a Karen. I have huge respect for hospitality and restaurant employees. I’m always the first to say “that’s ok” when someone makes a mistake. But when it’s every single time you go to that restaurant, that’s blatant disregard from the employees.
The flavor of the chicken has been bland the last couple of times I've gone and I am always missing something. This last order I got the chicken tenders and they were so over cooked and crunchy that you would never know it was suppose to be chicken. Very disappointed because I loved churches. I went back a few times hoping they were just having a bad day but for the last 3 or 4 times it's just been terrible.
Quite disappointing. Bits of bone where it should not be. The feed 6 deal is a joke. The sides were individual portion size. Not a shareable size for 2, let alone 6. I am in no hurry to go back. Albertson's deli serves better chicken for less money. Sorry Church's. You failed.
Great fast food. They accept EBT which can be very helpful. I personally like Church's better than Popeyes.
Tried the shrimp basket. Ordered through the drive through. Four shrimp are small, 2 chicken strips were good. They forgot to put the french fries in the box. Probably won't go back. They are good for the chicken they sell, but not the shrimp...
This was one of the better Church's we've been to. Had the chicken sandwich which was just the right amount to fill the hungry appetite. Very clean too.
