Food was so disgusting. The dining room was empty but the worker chose to clean the tables around us while we were eating making it even more disgusting.
The employee Michael is very unprofessional when finding a bug in my food he said I had place the bug in my food and refuse to give back my money at one point he threatened to call the cops
They gave me everything wrong. Charged me $30 for only tenders and won’t answer the phone they keep hanging up on me. DONT GO TO THIS CHURCHS
I don't know why I keep going there,I ordered a 3 piece spicy,they gave me regular chicken that was at best warm,I ordered 3 jalapeños for $2.49,didn't get them,best part of the meal was Corn on the cob,I live 3 minutes away so the chicken didn't have time to cool down that much. Every time they forget something even if you ask if they put everything that was charged for they always say yes.
We ordered the #3 chicken tenders meal and it was fresh out of the grease or whatever they used. It didn't taste good at all. One bite and I couldn't eat anymore. The mashed potatoes with gravy was OK. I don't think we're going to comeback to this location. They did give great customer service and quick to give out the food it's just the chicken tenders that was not the best.
Theres a tv in the lobby for everyone to watch. But the its for the managers son, who also stays in the lobby. He was watching a youtube/kids show, made to hold their attention (so it was loud, and obnoxious, with annoying sound bits every few seconds). After I couldn't take it anymore, about halfway through my meal, I asked if they could change the channel. They said no, bc its for the kid (the child had the remote). Also, the kid was not even watching it, as he was occupied with his tablet, among other things like coloring. I didnt know it was called "Church's Chicken Daycare".Everything else was perfect though.
Went to church's chicken for so dinner at around 6:45pm I get to the door and all of the doors are locked. So I signal to one of the employees like hey I want to place an order and he tells me drive thur only when their lobby close at 9.00PM there was no sign poted to let walk ups know you will not be served.I done with church's chicken too many bad experiences ???
Kinda gross. Soda was Pepsi or RC cola and I was not informed of this when I asked for a coke. Chicken was bland and fries were soggy. The drive thru was fast though.
I had to switch to this location after the one near by closed. This place is slow doesn’t have a lot of people however they seem to always have a low inventory. The cost of chicken has gone up where you would be better off buying a bag of frozen chicken yourself. When it comes to drinks they’re always handing dirty cups where they wasted drink on the side ruining the car or giving you sticky fingers. The mashed potatoes are very delicious and so are the tenders. If you ask for a certain type of either drums or thighs only with mix, dark, white you can never get dark or white only. They will not also make some specially for you.
The best chicken by far for any fast food restaurant fast service and amazing food! It blows KFC out of the water!
