Very different service when Sam is not there. Ordered drinks and my wine was delivered in an unwashed glass - disgusting greasy fingerprints on the outside and clearly not washed. I'm not sure how the bartender and server missed that. Sent that back and second glass had soap scum all across the top and inside the glass - at least this one was washed! I told the server about my gluten allergy, she showed me the gluten free menu on the kiosk and then I placed my order stating again the gluten allergy. My food arrives with texas toast on the plate - now contaminating my food. My gluten/celiac allergy is not an option or a choice, so train your staff to be more understanding and figure out a way to provide clean glasses. We are there generally once a week and this has never happened with Sam. Thanks Sam for always providing great service, I'm sorry you weren't there this time.
For me to give this review, with this remark it's very surprising to me.. Chili's has always been a go to location Where I know I could get quality food in a clean environment enjoying the atmosphere. Yesterday my wife and I were we're excited to Visit a new location for us in Marana Arizona. All I can say was that it was a complete disaster. The dining room was dirty, the servers seemed to be having a bad day (surprisingly it was lunch time and the atmosphere was gloomyat best.) The joy was taken from us and Ieaving was the high light. I don't recommend this location.
This was my first time visiting a Chili's Grill and Bar. The service from waiters and waitresses was very nice. The food was also very good, but the table me and my partner were at was very small. It was crowded and it was very easy to make a mess and spill. Very good deals on good though.
I am very disappointed going here on this past Sunday. I was served cold food I asked if they could put it in a microwave and heat it up and they brought it back cold again. The food was not fresh it had a still taste this is my first worst experience at Chili's. The bartender had to help out as they were short staff. He was able to take care of the bill because if I sat there anymore I was going to be sick. The worst part is watching this female mopping the floor and looking up at me knowing that the way they treated me was bad they could always look at the camera to see how this all played out it was really disgusting. I am never going back.
Gone to this Chili’s twice now and had bad experiences both times. Much prefer the one in Oro Valley and all the other ones I’ve been to. Not sure if it is a management problem or what, but I have gone to Chili’s 100 plus times all over the country and have only had bad experiences at this one.Last night, my wife and I went because we had a coupon for free chips and queso. When we asked for our free chips and queso our server said we aren’t allowed to use that coupon. I pushed back and told her that I have used this coupon, the free appetizer coupon, and free desert coupon dozens of times and she still refused. She seemed flustered and was not helpful or attentive and was rather rude throughout the whole evening.The food at this Chili’s is also lower quality than any other one I have been to. The chicken crispers were so ever cooked that I should have been given a saw to cut them, and the broccoli was extremely dry like it had been left out for a few days.Avoid this place and either go to a different Chili’s or just go to Cracker Barrel down the road. Way better food and friendlier service.
We enjoyed the meal for two deal. Made for a perfect lunch date with my wife. Good food and quick/attentive service.
Me and my family really love eating here. My children likes their food. We always order for delivery for at-least twice a month. We never get tired eating their food. ☺️

Fast and friendly, I have never been disappointed in the food! Drinks could be a bit stronger but for the price not bad! Bathrooms are always clean.
