The cars lined up in the drive through were not moving so I went inside to place my order. The workers inside looked like they were moving in slow motion, almost like they were drugged. Fast food is no longer "fast" at this restaurant.
I can't explain how amazing this location's team is. I'm there several days a week to do work on my computer for HOURS (Long-story). I've met the owner/ operator, Travis Kuhn, and even he was working behind the counter and very friendly. Specific shout out to Beverly, Largo, Keenen and Lily. If I'm upset because of my work day (hospice nurse), I still leave with a smile. The team is mostly pretty young, but dang, what a class act. They are great with kids and you'll leave feeling blessed.
Chicken is very moist and tastes excellent. Kids liked the waffle fries. Good fast food when you aren't feeling like a burger.
Very clean, yummy food. I ordered special and it was exactly right. The staff was awesome and they cleaned our table as we ate. Will definitely go back to this location.
Not what I was really expecting and what everyone's fuzz was. Went through drive thru they made a big deal in taking my order and recommending certain items, that was fine but just to get my order wrong at the end and then go through drive thru to get my order right and then they refused to give me fresh fries.. I mean I was in only in drive thru for 25 minute all together how do they think fries would stay fresh for my correct meal...I honestly think that Canes is taking the lead in all the categories including dipping sauces...
I've never had any issue with chick-fil-a they are always on their a game and provide some of the best service a fastfood chain can give. No matter how long the lines may be I know it's not going to be that long of a wait. The food is always fresh and they don't skip out on sauce
Couldn't even eat here card reader wasn't working for my swipe card and only for cards with a chip in the drive thru. My card doesn't have a chip so they just said they couldn't do anything and the card reader has been doing that lately and basically we are out of luck. So we drove to McDonald's around the corner where my card worked just fine. If you know your machine hasn't been working replace it or have a sign up saying something.
One of the nation's favorite chicken ? spots the cows recommend. Their grilled chicken nuggets were definitely worth the 12 piece option. Plenty of seating. Parking is a bit of an obstacle with the drive up cutting through and now located next to a Dutch brothers. Near the Tucson mall and other surrounding outdoor shopping, immediately off of the main road. Enjoy
Chick Fil A has always been over hyped. This location is no different. Got chicken from here once around 2019 simply due to convenience and it's about as flavorless as Cane's. Had to add a whole lemon to make the chicken have more flavor than a bowl of oatmeal.Even without involving the personal beliefs of the company owners I would not choose to buy food here. If I agreed with the views of the owner, I would still not buy chicken here simply due to the lack of flavor in the food I've tried here.Much like with Cane's and McDonald's, if you need the sauce to do the work for your food, you're not making great food. You're making a decent sauce and using that to cover up bad food.
Ordered online like I have many times before, waiting for 15 min after I let them know on the app I was outside. The employee comes out to deliver my food I ask her a question regarding the parking spaces that are supposed to be for pick up orders but had unoccupied people in them at the time. Employee looks at me says “it’s not my problem” and she proceeds to walk inside. I can handle the wait but the disrespect from the employee i will not.
