Great customer service as usual from Chik-fil-a, but the fries were literally raw. Watched at least 4 employees pack and quality control the order and let it pass.
First time ever eating thereCobb salad was OK!!For $10 I though I'd be just like the photo... Nope. And the shredded chicken was not the grilled nuggets I asked for on it..Soooooo I'm not sure if I'll pass in & out up next time..
Always a hit with the family. I get the 12 count nugget meal for then to share. The lemonade is so delicious! I love the Cobb salad but as a healthier option I change it to grilled nuggets. The salad doesn’t come with a drink but I sip off of the kids drink. ?
Of all the Chick-fil-A's we've been to here in Tucson area, this one on Broadway has been our best experience. We had salads and they were fresh and ample. The wait staff is efficient and helpful. Be dining area was very clean, something we found lacking in other fast food places. Curbside pickup is also available and seemed quite efficient as we watched the vehicles pass through from our seats.
Bad spot to pick up from if you're a delivery driver. Have ordered and picked up from this location but have been told every single time that they already made the order and someone already picked it up. Which is obviously not true. Also just a bad chick fil a in general. Really poor customer service, untidy environment, and long wait times for mediocre food
As always, good, consistent food with a really warm and inviting crew. The only downside, the play place is still closed. This would have been great to keep the kids busy for a while, but understand the reason for its continued closer.
Food is good and my orders are always correct. I will sat the parking lot is not set up very well as there is always cars rushing past the order pick up area making it hard to exit the parking spots safely.
Love Chick FIL A. Looking forward to them bringing more vegan chicken options one day. Come on Chick-fil-A please catch up the times we live in. Consider bringing on the plant based chicken options.
ISSAA gave excellent service making my order in drive through. However two male coworkers next to him doing nothing but making wrongful comments about people. 6pm on March 30 2022. Food excellent would of rate 5 start if it wasn't for those two other employees
I’m super annoyed that they counted literal chicken crumbs as part of my nugget 8ct meal. My daughters grilled chicken (kids meal) looked disgusting and full of black stuff as if the grill or whatever it was in was super dirty. Overall just gross ?
