Good food and a clean house! We ordered the Dad-dan noodles which were pretty good. The Dong-bei cold noodles were excellent! Also the small steamed buns were good as well as the crab puffs. Recommend checking this restaurant out and enjoy some authentic Chinese food.

We have been there twice excallent food and a vierity, love fried rice, mangolian beef, there soups and appertizers excellant. We came from Boston and just and chinese just as good.

I am an American born Chinese (first generation) so I grew up knowing authentic Chinese food. In Tucson it doesn’t get any better than the food at Chef Wang. It’s authentic and flavorful. The extensive menu has great pictures to show you what you are ordering. My family, including my parents, enjoy this restaurant and the service is excellent, the food comes out so quickly, hot and delicious. Try the steamed dumpling (shiao lung bao) or the pot stickers, we always get them when here. They also have a cold dish display with things like marinated cucumbers, seaweed and thin sliced meats. Cold beer available too. We just absolutely love this place!

To say I loved this place is an understatement. The food is authentic and full of flavor, not to mention delicious. The service was beyond reproach. Will definitely be dining here again!

Wonderful experience! The place itself is very clean, the staff was friendly and the food "chef's kiss" Best of all, the menu has photos!

Very beautiful place. Everything is up to date & modern. Our waitress, didn’t get her name, but she was petite & extremely kind. She was very quick with her customer service. The food was so good, so flavorful and perfect! I’m only giving 2 stars because, long story, my husband ordered the beef meat pie (which he specifically said beef & waitress agreed). The menu stated meat pie only. It didn’t state what kind of meat so that’s why my husband said beef please. When the pie was brought back, my husband noticed there was pork not beef. My husband does not eat pork. We told the waitress & she went back & told the chef/other waitress. Our waitress came back & said sorry we cannot take the pie back & that we have to eat it. We told her repeatedly that my husband does not eat or want pork of anything so we cannot and will not eat it. She said please take it or give it to family members or else she will feel bad for the other waitress (I’m not sure why she would feel bad for her). I told her that we cannot take it & that we will not pay for it because it’s not what we ordered. So she tells the other waitress & the other waitress comes over already upset. She asks what’s the problem, very rudely, & we explained the situation to her. She then told me that every customer knows what a meat pie is & what meat is in it. I told her that we are not every customer so we do not know. She said she could give us half the price discount but not the full. I told her that we are definitely not paying for something we didn’t touch, eat or want & to bring the manager. She said her manager was not here this day. I told her then where do we go from here because either way, we are not guna pay for the pie. She slammed the menu on the table, walked away & started yelling at our waitress in their language in front of all the other customers. The rude waitress came back & gave us the receipt saying here you go I paid it for you that’s why the price is not on the receipt & walked away. I honestly have never ever been treated so horribly by a staff member! I will never return here ever again.

Amazing food. Fresh, crisp veggies. Spice that sneaks up on you but in a good way. Friendly waitstaff. Five stars!

We used to love this place but on April 30, my husband and I both got food poisoning. His beef pot was disgusting, with a very, very heavy clove taste. My eggplant with pork, although it looked attractive, was bland and EXTREMELY greasy. We both were so sick all last night and into today. Don't waste your money -- That was $96 and change we will never see again, and not worth it at all.

Ordered food for take out tonight 4/17/22 at Chef Wang. Ordered hot and sour soup, pot stickers and kung pao chicken. My first bite of the kung pao and I bit into something very hard and broke it into half. I took it out of my mouth and it was a rock!! I’m sure rocks aren’t part of the kung pao recipe. I could have damaged a tooth. I called the restaurant to let them know what happened and the woman I spoke to could not understand me. Finally when I think she understood me she asked me to bring back the food with the rock so they could see it. I told her I couldn’t do that tonight. I feel this was bad customer service. I will not return!! Not sure if my food could have possibly fallen on the floor and it was scooped up in the container and the rock was scooped in with it. The rock is on the top of the receipt.
