Slow service, cold food.
I had a small Cheese steak sandwich with fries and a drink. The meal was very good and hot off of the grill. I will definitely go again.
Charley's to order a small chicken Philly steak sandwich and a regular Philly steak sandwich. My dad ordered a regular sandwich they kept asking him what he wanted on it and he said just the normal sandwich, how it comes. they started getting irritated and kept asking and he kept answering the same way he just wanted it normal .then they started getting upset telling him he wanted to be difficult. I'm saying he's not trying to be difficult. He just wants a sandwich how it is normally made. he doesn't know the ingredients that go on sandwich they're not listed .it's their sandwich you should know how it comes. Then when our sandwiches were made instead of giving them to us they set it on the counter behind them and went on to another person sandwich. we had to ask for food Extremely rude and making comments that other customers as we walked away not how you handle a business

The Chicken Philly steak deal!! I just wanted something filling and not have any leftovers. $5.99 w/o tax. Very tasty

A friend told my husband about Frankies and said it was the best cheesesteak place in Tucson. Well it actually may be the best cheesesteak place outside of Philadelphia. I ordered a 9†cheesesteak with grilled onions, sweet peppers and whiz. In hindsight I should have gotten a 6â€. We also got cheese tots and I totally over ate. Mind you I loved every bite but I still over ate!
Frankie's is the real deal & he even has the rolls flown in from Amarosa's in Philly. Sandwiches are available in 3 sizes: 6', 9' or 12'. I prefer the 9' & take 1/2 home. I've had the traditional beef & the slow roasted pork. Cheeze Wiz may be the choice in Philly, but not for me! I had broccoli rabe on both sandwiches & opted for the provolone w/the beef & grated asiago w/the pork. Both were tasty & had an ample amount of meat.
Ate there at the mall today so far best I've ate in Tucson very fresh im impressed thank you will be back again
After my first Frankie's South Philly Cheese Steak with Onions, Hot & Sweet Peppers and Provolone Cheese on their genuine Philadelphia Amorosa Rolls, I was hooked. The 9†with Onion Rings and I am in Heaven. We don't go nowhere near Campbell and Grant without stopping in. This place is great!
