As soon as we walked in, we noticed how nice and clean it looked. We were seated quickly and met our waitress, Sapphire. She was amazing!! The Service was absolutely amazing and the food was served hot and delicious!! The limonada and horchata did not disappoint. The kids really enjoyed their food as well. Large portions and low prices are hard to find. The restrooms were clean. Keep up the good work!!?

Had lunch at Carlotta's for the first time. The decor was wonderfully Mexican. The menu for lunch was perfect. The food was authentic, rich flavor,l wonderful carne asada. Salsa was terrific and full of taste with hot or medium available. Our server was delightful and we received our food quickly. It was busy but not too crowded. Will definitely try it again.
The service was great! We got our food fast and the food was GREAT! I highly recommend Carlotas to anyone who wants a good experience and a Authentic Mexican meal. My fiancé can't stop talking about our experience there, therefore we will be back.
The restaurant was half empty. We stood at the hostess station for 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. We were then told by the confused hostess it would be 15-20 minutes for a table. After waiting about more 10 minutes, we left. Another couple ahead of us and behind us left at the same time. Message to the ownership, get a better hostess.
Great service and great food. Restaurant is roomie and clean Staff was friendly, hard-working and efficient. Our food came to our table no more than five minutes after we ordered and it was delicious. Highly recommend.
This places used to be my favorite! Ever since they moved, it has been very bad. Doesn’t feel like a mom and pop restaurant anymore. The fees to the bad organization skills they have for incoming customers. The food has downgraded. I feel this may be there down fall. A lot of us regulars are disappointed… I’ll I gotta say is Stay True to yourself..

Update: we were so excited to try the new location we have eaten at Carlota’s several times it’s beautiful the food was great and service was good , got the check we had a large party and there was a gratuity added on perfectly fine get the check and there’s an additional 3% fee on top of that because I used a credit card.. i’m sorry we are a local family run business in Catalina as well credit card is part of your guest service and I should not be paying your cost.. extremely disappointed that you have decided to do this…
Bought a meat beef soup to go . All liquid no hardly any meat . Management refused to replace it. In general the food was good. But will never go back .
Wonderful weekend visit outside of Tucson, Arizona. Inside looked very clean and open. Workers wore masks but it's optional for guests as the CDC has lifted some restrictions. Our food was delicious and correct served by a wonderful waitress who was very helpful.
