Caravan Grill is one of my favorite restaurants in town. They make the best shwarma and lentil soup I have ever had.
Definitely one of my favorite lunch hubs in Tucson. The employees are always so friendly, and the food is divine. My go tos are the Lamb Shawarma sandwich and the Falafel sandwich. Tahini - yum.
Affordable, delicious, friendly staff. My go to is the chicken shawarma salad, a side of baba ganoush and extra pita. I usually just take it to go and have never experienced a long wait.
I have tried a lot of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food here in Tucson and this was one of the top for sure! Absolute best chicken shawarma I have had, full portions, and I felt great after eating. This is my husbands, I had the wrap/sandwich, and oh my gosh so good!! The best tortilla to wrap it. I’m sad it took me so long to find this place ?. Definitely check them out!!
Went here for the first time yesterday. Have been told about it before but finally got around to trying it out. I’ve been to pretty much all Mediterranean/Middle Eastern restaurants around Tucson and Caravan had by far the best chicken shawarma in the city. Reminded me of spots in the Middle East where I have had it. Has a small sit down area, drive through too. Fast service and friendly staff.
Honestly this place is really good. I've been here 3x in a row for the past 2 weeks. I always ordered chicken kebab plate with tabouli and baklava and they're always amazing.. I'm not a fan of vegetable stew though so I've been substituting them with extra rice, I love their rice!. The chicken was really juicy and flavorful. Im always satisfied when I eat them. Today I ordered something different, I had kafta instead of chicken kebab. I'm not actually a fan since it's kinda dry and hard but the flavor is there! I'll just stick to my usual chicken kebab. You guys should also try their tabouli, it's really good and tangy! Overall, I love this place. The people who works here are always polite to me. I don't really have interaction with them since I always do takeout. But the family is very kind and hardworking every time I come to get food. Even the cute baby with the most beautiful eyes said hi to me mashallah
Good Arab-style food at convenient location. We had the beef and chicken kebabs and tabouleh. I definitely hope to come back next time I am in Tucson.
My boss and co-workers ate at Caravan Grill last week, of course since it was a business expense I needed a receipt and they forgot to ask for one :) I called today and they were extremely helpful. They texted me a receipt within 15 minutes of my call. Plus my co-workers said the food was delicious. So next time I get to visit our Tucson office, I will be heading to Caravan for some lunch!
Best Mediterranean food in town! The employees are incredibly warm and friendly. Drive through is very convenient. And there’s an outstanding little Mediterranean market next door with fresh ingredients and authentic foods!
This place has the best food. Location feels like a drive thru, not super pleasant but the people, service and food is awesome! So good! Like you’ve stepped into someone’s home. All the lamb is local, halal and the baba ganoush and sesame sauce are freaking amazing! Highly recommend.
