Ordered really good spagetthi and meatballs. Usually restaurants give you one or two meatballs. This entree had 4 nice sized meatballs with really good marinara vegetable sauce. Also got shrimps with pancetta and Italian sausage pasta. All very tasty. Service was a bit disorganized for carry out. Staff standing around talking. Outside seating covered area which is nice
This place is my new favorite for the northeast side of town. The bartender, eli, he's very enjoyable to chat with and his drinks are spectacular. The food is mine blowing magnificent. Two visits, more to come. I'm looking forward to appetizers next time.
The service was awful. Was date night, took forever to even get a napkin. We waited over fifty minutes for a appetizer and a drink. I understand being busy and lack of workers but that was not the case. I am tired of peoples excuses. Will never refer any one or will not return.
Horrible service! Tried calling both locations to order pick up and neither location answered and when one FINALLY DID I was put on HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES!! SERIOUSLY! it's sad because it was highly recommended to me and because of this experience I'll highly not recommend this restaurant! Some advice Caffe Torino teach your employees how to answer a phone!
Accidentally ordered our food to the wrong Caffe Torino location. Eli the bartender totally hooked us up and expedited the food at the foothills location. Service 10/10. Food 10/10.
We took out of town guests to this restaurant which has been a favorite of ours in past years. SO disappointing now! Instead of telling us what they were out of as we were seated, they waited until we had spent time with the menu and decided what we wanted. Then came they news—out of eggplant Parmesan, out of lasagna, and not serving ANY of the pizzas. Even worse, they were out of some of the appetizers. Then the waitress forgot the glass of wine I ordered, forgot to served the clam appetizer until we were almost finished with the cold spaghetti and meatballs.
Very bad service. We sat for over 15 min before a waitress asked us for drinks, we then waited another 10 before she asked what we wanted to eat. We watched people come in 5 min after us , order within 10 min , receive their food as we still sat there patiently! The waitress apologized and stated it was coming. After 10 more minutes, another waitress walked up and said they forgot to prep the meat and they didn’t have any pork! So after an hour we still had no food , The waitress asked if we would like to order something else off the menu we stated no! She brought the bill for the drinks and we left ! Never again , don’t waste your time . It’s not worth it!!!
