Had lunch here before visiting the Museum of art. Restaurant is located in old family home with many smaller rooms with 3-4 tables per room. Also had outdoor dining. I had the Cafe Croque sandwich. Sooo good! Husband had the Chicken Cobb where they added avacado and dates. Also delish! Mimosa topped it all off.
Beautiful decor with cozy small rooms and a garden patio. Wonderful offerings for Breakfast and Lunch. All pastries are made in house fresh daily.
Very good, laid back, casual brunch venue. When I say casual, I'm not endorsing shorts and flip flops (don't be a stereotypical Tucsonan). Adorable outdoor seating. Very attentive staff. Food is on point for good outdoor brunch.
Very cute place to have brunch. The patio is definitely a great choice on such a beautiful sunny day. I ordered the lavender latte (iced) and I must say it’s one of the tastiest I’ve had in a while. For my entree I had The Rothschild - braised short rib sandwich with pepper jack cheese, roasted red peppers and chipotle aioli on challah roll… OMG it was delightfully delicious to say the least. Can’t miss this place if you’re in town. Next time I’ll try their pastries…
Had a late lunch in the outdoor patio which was so relaxing and lovely. Panini sandwich which was unbelievable - fresh. I was temped for the desserts but too full.
Excellent food, really friendly staff and a great environment. We got to the outdoor tables right before a rush, but they fill up quickly! Try to reserve ahead if you have a mid to large group and want to sit outside. A few tasty plates for vegetarians as well.
Went at 11:30 (knew they are very popular aroumd the lunch hour)with 3 friends. A great menu with both breakfast & lunch entrees. Service was good with pleasant, helful servers. Patio is pleasant but during summer would no doubt be toasty...there is some indoor seating. We didn't stay on to visit as others were waiting... nice a downtown business is so successful. Well deserved!!!
I can't believe I didn't know about this place until now but it's a beautiful hidden gem. The food is delicious and the patio is so beautiful for brunch and romantic for dinner. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because if you don't know what to expect, it's confusing. We were in a long line thinking we were going to be seated but it turned out that you order and have to seat yourself. I felt pressured to order quickly without knowing I had to order right there and then. So maybe some menus outside or along the hallway while people are waiting in line.
I want to give this place a 100 percent review. We had my brother’s wedding reception here. And this restaurant went above and beyond from the food to the servers to the hosting and the atmosphere! We had a great time! Everything was on time and precise! We had absolutely no hiccups or bad moments. They took care of everything and were very polite and kind to all our requests. The food was delicious! Tasty and tender and hot?
Our late lunch here was one of the highlights of our recent trip to Tucson. We loved the airy outdoor garden setting (definitely would opt for that over the inside seating), friendly service and delicious salads (husband had the salmon salad and I the chicken Cobb, which was a deconstructed salad including some unusual ingredients including dates!). I also had a wonderfully refreshing nonalcoholic “Citrus Cooler” that I’ll be trying to replicate here at home. While we didn’t sample them, the desserts looked fabulous too. I highly recommend this spot in downtown Tucson- as well as taking time in the adjoining Art Museum. (and gift shop). There is parking directly across from the museum/cafe.
